Your Bad Luck Albatross text change makes it almost a totally different card, which is highly unlikely in Hearthstone that only Warsong Commander has received such a nerf in history. Most other changes might be reasonable though.
Altruis is most likely going to just stop dealing face damage. It's the most glaring flaw in its design and the thing people complain the most about, so I think Blizzard will easily identify, what players want to be done.
I struggle to understand, why Glaivebound Adept is getting nerfed. Isn't it a 0- or 1-of? Might be wrong, becasue there are so many playable variants, but I thought it's not an auto-include. Also no one seems to complain about it.
There is no way they're just going to totally destroy the albatross like that. Highlander and 'pure' decks need some kind of disruption. Maybe shuffle in 2 1/1 albatross but it draws a copy of itself, so at least you get some use out of it. The only other way (which I can't see happening), and I'm going off the fact they said it would benefit paly and but didn't mention highlander, is if the gave it an 'all' tag for some reason.
Nerfed Albatros makes no sense. This card was introduced to counter highlander decks and with only 1 bird in enemy's deck it won't work anymore and will be pointless.

the best deck in the meta right now plays 2 of them for a reason

Every day a new one is claimed to be "the best". I was under the impression that currently all the self-proclaimed pros on this site prise the Questing Adventurer build or ultra-aggro with additional 1-drops - both of which cuts it.

Actually, what makes no sense is that Zephrys and company activated their effect if your deck has no duplicate instead of if your deck started with no duplicated. Same for PurePaladin, Spell Mage. Otherwise, the design of Albatros would be correct.
Does a 4 mana albatross make any difference though? Delaying the effect by 1 turn just stops an early Zephrys, and I suspect most people aren't using Zephrys before turn 5 unless they're forced to. I think it's a perfectly fine card but if they're going to effectively nerf it the only way is to remove the fact it creates duplicates somehow, but then what's the point in the card.

the best deck out there is aggro demon hunter, it only has one bad matchup

Sure. probably. As i said, there are various different variants. Yesterday some dude in some other thread post the Questing Adventurer list claiming that people don't know shit and that it is the best variant - and yeah, I saw quite a few of them on ladder yesterday, so it indeed was getting popular. And I am not really interested in knowing which one is the best, since I am not a DH player and have to be prepared to face all of them, even combo and highlander - they are popular too.
Gave them a shot, changes to town down the levels of each card.
Also is this too much of a buff?

Kael'thas Sunstrider will probably only trigger once
Frenzied Felwing might be right
Bad Luck Albatross will probably just have a stat or mana nerf
Battlefiend seems legit
Altruis the Outcast cost to 4 OR not hitting face anymore
Glaivebound Adept is ok as a 5-4 but it will still deal 4 damage
Sacrificial Pact, yeah probably
Libram of Justice, also probably (they don't like changing card text). But i would LOVE for it to restore 3 health or something!!
I don't play wild so I'm not touching those cards :D

I wonder if changing Kael to the fourth spell instead of the third would overdo it or not nerf it enough.
The 1/4 weapon is such a nosense. I'd expect some bonus target effect, ex. Buff or Healing.
Why start a new thread when we already have this:

We will find out anyday now what the actual nerfs will be, but most of them will be increases in mana cost, for example a 4 mana albatross.

If Alba shuffels one Alba into opponents deck, then the card serves no purpose anymore. I think they’ll increase cost of it, or maybe decrease stats.
Hope they dont ruin Kael too much, imo its fine as it is.
No it's not fine as it is, not even close.

i literally spend 10k dust to craft 2 warlock decks, and i keep getting destroyed by DH at 5th or 6th turn
