Well Zixor is seeing play in many Hunter lists. Archspore is seeing in play in a lot if Druid lists as well, and Ebonlocke is a solid in almost every Warlock archetype. You seem to make up your own facts? And you can't get your facts from streamers like Regis and Kibler.... Look at Boarcontrol or other GMs
The priest prime is not at good card at all, because of the lack of draw in priest.
I mean, I think primarily Reliquary of Souls will just see play as Reliquary of Souls if there's ever a midrange or zoo priest deck that develops. it's just a super solid 1 drop.
I've been playing Highlander Hunter with both Zixor and Nagrand. My opinon on both:
I absolutely love Nagrand Slam. It actually won me some games on its own! Great "board in a card" tool, insane finisher capabilities, and the fact that it can possibly come down after a Dragonqueen Alexstrasza turn means that the opponent has most likely already spent some resources on clearing a board and will struggle to deal with another. Not to mention you can play a 0-cost dragon along with Nagrand depending on what you got. Also I feel that Nagrand allows you to play Dinotamer Brann more freely / on curve even if you don't have lethal, cause you have an extra finisher to rely upon.
Zixor, Apex Predator is just... good. Can't say more than that really. The base version 2/4 rush for 3 mana is super solid, and curving it out on turn 3 after Scavenger's Ingenuity is pretty damn strong, 5/7 rush is basically worth 6 if not 7 mana probably. It's the prime that it's... kind of underwhelming. Or rather, I just never seem to draw it lol. And the few times I did, I was already in a solid winning position and didn't really need it. I guess it's good having a free extra massive threat in control matchups tho.
....When you get him off of the Exotic Mountseller in Spell Druid!
I'm not even memeing. He's one of the best cards you can get from Mountseller. Decent rush body, and if you happen to get the prime later (And you probably will, Spell Druid goes through their deck so fast I've considered adding Zephyrs) that can be a great card for clearing, or just another way to make a big board. And even if you do clear with it, you'll probably have enough left to buff.
So yeah, Zixor is at least a great card in a class that can't actually put him in their deck.

I like the basic version of Zixor quite a bit, especially with a Scavenger's Ingenuity buff on him. A 3 mana 5/7 rush is pretty handy to have. Even the unbuffed version tends to trade pretty well due to its stat line.
As for the Prime version... I'm not super impressed. I haven't been able to reliably get it with Scavenger's Ingenuity buff--maybe with that it's much more impactful. But the unbuffed version is kinda underwhelming for the mana cost, tbh. On paper it sounds nice... 4 minions and 12/12 worth of stats with rush, but in practice, it just doesn't seem to do enough. I find that it feels more like inefficient and potentially underwhelming removal more than anything else.
IDK, maybe it's just a consistency thing more than anything else. In any case, at least in the current meta, it doesn't really feel like a legendary power card.
to bad you can't go full northshire anymore. reliquary is a good card with a little draw maybe a buff or alongside another minion early on, but there's just no room for it anywhere. been trying for some sort of non-cancer deck, not looking good so far.

Check out my Highlander Priest, been having some decent success with it. I think the card is only worth playing if you also play Activate the Obelisk alongside it - being able to play a 4-6 lifesteal minion late in the game is pretty valuable, and so is playing a 9-11 taunt with lifesteal. In decks without Activate the Obelisk, a late Reliquary of Souls is just a weak draw, and the Reliquary Prime isn't that powerful when it can't continuously be buffed.

Standard, Wild, and Classic player.
Losing to Sire Denathrius makes me not want to play this game anymore. The Sire Denathrius nerf makes me want to play this game again. Losing to Deathrattle Rogue makes me not want to play this game anymore. The Prince Renathal nerf makes me not want to play this game anymore.

Having 2-3 copies of the Prime thanks to Mok'Nathal Lion and Teron and sometimes finding them with Scavenger's is not a rare occurrence.
Disclaimer though: the deck doesn't perform well against aggro DH, but I feel it has a fair chance against everything else. And most importantly, it's a blast to play! Lots of cool sinergies.

With 2 x Augmented Porcupine it doesnt even matter what you end up buffing. A buffed Lion with a copied Porcupine deathrattle is an 8/5 rush that deals Avenging Wrath when it dies... I made this deck on day 1, and still loving it.

....So that's something?
I've been trying to (ab)use him in a quest hunter with Scavenger's Ingenuity Scrap Shot and Nine Lives
It sounds nice on paper but it just doesn't work
funny I have pulled all the Prime's minus exactly Zixor, Reliquary of Souls as well as avoiding the Roque and Shaman ones.
Pala, Druid, Warrior, Mage and Warlock were the decent ones, now that takes skilled pack opening xD
Edit: Zixor is still not bad, but the Shaman and Priest ones sure are.

Soul Mirror is an amazing card, wins games when used properly against right match up. Think thats were the stats for it show it as weak.
I got some great games in which Zixor was decisive using this deck: https://www.hearthstonetopdecks.com/decks/deathrattle-dragon-hunter-stealth-ashes-of-outland/

I do very well with my Zixor Combo. Only Res Priest is annoying.
