Crafting a card counts towards acquiring it, and any cards you acquire and later disenchant (whether golden or non-golden) count as well. This means that if you get a card that you don’t want, you can disenchant it and you will not receive it again until you have all cards of that rarity from that set.
Did you just think that you farm dust and get the same nerfed rares over and over and over again?
There has been several threads adressing this. Cards are counted as collected. Meaning that when you get a dupclicate Hearthstone registers them as collected and thus you won't get them from packs again - other than by chance. It serves as a protection for people not to abuse nerfs to get dust - as you are trying to do. So get over yourself. We got duplicate protection across all rarities helping people to get a full collection (which the community has been asking for since Legendaries got the same treatment), so it is fair that Blizzard has employed protection for people not to abuse this system.
Oh You thought you found the perfect trick to make easy dust and now Blizzard is the greedy one...
Well it doesn't work that way. Sorry for you you didn't read the annoucements properly or follow the numerous threads on the duplicate rule on the forums, you're lucky you can still recraft your cards and loose nothing...
Once you collect all cards from an expansion, the dupe protection is removed and it goes back to random. Otherwise you could infinitely farm golden cards by DEing the ones you want and just opening packs and always getting those cards.

Title says it. I dusted Skull of Gul'dan and Imprisoned Antaen, and I have all other rares from Ashes of Outland. I just opened a pack, and I got a triplicate rare that was neither Skull of Gul'dan nor Imprisoned Antaen.
Very blatant profit protection, Blizzard.

That's not how it works genius.
