This game's problem is, has always been and will forever be the playerbase. Stop blaming Blizzard, team 5, the devs or whatever. It's the players, people.
I repeat: 10 CASUAL games, 8 demon hunters.
This is by far be the poorest expansion launch experience ever.
Well, it is truly sad but we need to remember one thing, it is the first time in HS history everyone get enough cards to play with one class in the first day without spend anything, many new players have only this option.
Two weeks and more nerfs and maybe we have the game back to normal.
Yes it's a new class and lots of people are going to be playing with it does not mean it's unbeatable. I know I'm enjoying messing with it while trying to earn all the gold cards and hero that I did with the other classes I enjoy using.
You all don't seem to get my point. It's a new class, people want to level it up, bla bla bla... Ok, fine, I get it, fully understandable. But why on earth, given how strong it has widely proven to be, not make the big leap and try it, level it up, in f**king ranked mode instead of ruining the fun of anybody trying to attempt anything else?!?!?
People have never cared for casual being "casual". Never. It has always been full of the best decks, golden/alternate heroes, Naxx and older cardbacks.
If anything it has just gotten worse with the passing time. Some time ago you could actually meet some basic/clearly budget/fun decks on casual. It almost doesn't happen anymore. I occasionally jump to casual to try out some crazy ideas (yes, I have golden heroes, ancient times cardbacks and a pretty good collection, but my intention is always to try a new idea) and I cannot recall ever facing a clearly "casual" deck these days.
Casual is not casual by any means. It's rather a predatory space, where people are literally haunting - farming gold and easy wins out of these rare people who treat it as intended.
P.S.This post is not to complain, but to describe the actual situation.
I am realy tired of these type of complain threads
You mostly facing with DH because :
1. Its completly new experience for us , its new and fresh hero , everyone wants to try it and level up in DH . There is a lots of players returned just because of new hero
2. New f2p players always wants to play with because f2p DH decks currently strongest ones . If a player is new and dont wanna spend money on game now , he is most likely to play dh .

Tons of people playing the brand new class!!! You don't say? Tell me more ole wise one. Who could have foreseen such events?
We both know if the class had not proven to be so unbelievably op people would have switched to trying something else by now, right, wise one?
And, by the way, decent people that find out their deck is high performing take it to ladder instead of keeping on farming wins in casual. Wise one.
oh look the same priest deck since 3 expansion, not OP and not annoying. the other tier 1 decks have changed only 4/5 cards and DH win rate is going down not like priest with OP and annoying cards from all expansion and also the new classic cards.
for 1 year I've been playing tess rogue in ladder for farm wins and now I have golden rogue hero.

To me, this statement just doesn't make much sense.
It's like, having a new expansion come out for "World of Warcraft", then on the day it comes out, complaining that everyone is playing the new expansion!!! After 6 years, It's a brand new Hero, people are gonna want to play it. If anything, just for the change. Complaining that EVERY BODY is playing DH right now, is like buying a new car, then complaining that you have to drive it around now. I'm sure that once people try it out (and complete the "play X games as a DH" quest), the match ups will be more diverse. For now, take your chill pill, and maybe, try just having some fun playing, ya know, the GAME of Hearthstone.

Like if once DH madness calms down casual will be looking any different. Sure, some people farm DH just for the sake fo playing the new stuff. But once DH joins other classes in terms of popularity, casual will still be just Druids, Priests, Warlocks and DHs. And it's bascially a 50%-50% of fault between both the devs and the playerbase. Devs because they allow farming gold, quests and other things in casual. And the playerbase, because most people don't care about budget and casual players and treat them as a farming prey.

There are a lot of different demon hunter cards + 4 expansions worth of neutrals, maybe people are trying different DH decks on Casual.
Different from the netdecks at least.
Absolutely love your sarcasm. 😉
Well you got lucky 😅 For me it's Demon Hunter every game. I think I literally encountered another class like 2-4 times since the launch 😥
well its a new class ofc its going to be overplayed, especially when the prologue gives you so much to start with
Why u hav to be mad? is only card gaem.
It's the first new class in six whole years. What were you expecting?
Don't let your memes be dreams.
many people are leveling up the DH from lvl20, i suppose
:P~~~

This, plus aiming for that Golden Illidan so it will remain very prevalent in both Ranked AND Arena.
Also don't forget that DH is easiest class right now to farm both Gold and Quests.

Jumped just to see, what it'll bring me - 2 DHs (legit ones, not basic) and Res Priest.
This is casual for you.
