So I just disenchant the nerfed DH cards for the dust value and immediately bought 4 AoO packs to get those cards back (talking about Skull of Gul'dan, and Imprisoned Antaen).
Logically, I supposed to get 4 new copies of the cards, but instead, I got duplicated of random rare cards of the expansion.
As the others have pointed out, the system remembers which cards you've opened, not which cards you've chosen to dust. You won't get the dusted cards until you collect every other card of the relevant rarity - then, you'll randomly get the dusted cards in future packs. The relevant text from the announcement is -
"If you get a card that you don’t want, you can disenchant it and you will not receive it again until you have all cards of that rarity from that set."

I hear what you say. but it seems a bit odd, 'cause with the Legendary rule if you have all the Legendaries of a set and you want to disenchant the golden ones you will get the missing cards again once you dont own them anymore. I know that rares are more affordable and easy to collect but still...

Please re-read the announcement - the new system doesn't check which cards you have in your collection, but only considers which cards you've opened. Not receiving the cards he dusted isn't "impossible" - rather, it was specifically emphasised in the announcements as one of the upgrades of the new system. If you open a card, but choose to dust it, the system remembers that you don't want it, and doesn't offer it to you again until you open every other card of the same rarity from that set. Once you open every card from that rarity, you will then be offered random cards of that rarity in future packs - the cards you chose to dust won't be prioritised.

Did anyone get the same result?
Not a bug. If they are collected at any point they count.
You've already owned the cards, not a bug.

OP just said that he recieved duplicate rares which should be impossible if he doesn't have Skull of Gul'dan, and Imprisoned Antaen
Please read what the 2 people posted before you. Theres your answer
Me? Gongaga.

Anyway... Could be OP but don't make complete sense

This works as intended.
However, I seem to recall that I opened a third copy of a specific class one, even if I did not have all neutral ones (AoO)
Is this a bug?
I might be wrong tho, I have to double check.
Probally you got that pack your last copie, golden cards also count.
