Yep, thanks to demon hunters I have finally made legend for the first time. Didnt play the class at all, Played a list i made MYSELF to counter them, and farmed them repeatedly, ending up about 75% win rate. VERY happy right now.

Deck was a big druid type list I made myself with a bit of healing / less reliant on highrolling ramp just to make it a bit more consistent and paid off, positive win rates vs every class and archetype I played against highest being demon hunter. Gotta laugh at all the rank5 heroes with their "hurrr legend doesn't mean anything anymore" comments lmao

This is what more people should have done instead of crying to blizzard! All decks have weaknesses!! Take more than 2 hours trying to find it before begging for nerfs.
Relatively speaking legend is a lot less impressive than it used to be. There are about 3 times as many people at legend in each region right now as there typically were at the very end of the month in the old system. Still, congrats on getting it for the first time.

I'm sitting here floating between 0 and 2 stars on Gold 1 trying to hit platinum lol. Running embiggen druid with some anti DH tech but that only bumped my WR up to like 50% against DH and down a bit against other matchups. You should definitely post a full list on hearthpwn, hitting legend (especially against DH, playing non-DH decks – in this meta) is quite impressive and will garner a lot of views/upvotes. Also I wanna see the list bc I play druid :>
