It is way overboard, it has too many strong points, easy draw, high damage, heal, huge dudes, tempo. Will be toned down a little, less damage and huge dudes, but keep the draw and hero attack synergy
Tried to play Shaman and Warrior forget it. If your not a Priest good luck. Broken AF such a shame as we know a nerf wont be for a few weeks. Ruined the new season and expansion feel. Which is always the best time to play.
Fuck blizzard. it's like they didn't even bother playtesting their game. They get insane tempo, insane boardclear, insane healing, and they still get strong control tools and finishers like Imprisoned Antaen. I've even tried playing decks to directly counter DH, and they can just burst so much on one turn by slamming down Antaen, waiting 2 turns, and then hitting you with the 10 damage from that + whatever weapon/attack they get. I thought blizzard said they didn't like decks that weren't very intractable gut I guess not :/

Blizzard intentionally powercreeps with every expansion to make sure that people dump money on card packs. They want to make sure that your old cards and old collection are worthless when an expansion drops. Then, once as many people as possible have reached into their wallets, Blizzard will finally nerf the overpowered shit they just released.

I would not call it disgusting, it's something that every gaming company do, it's not Blizz related only, the way i see it its a win win situation, the dust i will get after the nerfs will help us improve our collection, I already smell 10k or so free dust after the nerfs, tho no gonna lie, the game play is very very fun and fluid, the problem i see it everything click so good together it will be almost impossible for blizz to nerf dh without shitting on the class, while im annoy how strong they are i find the expansion fun so far, i seen 5/6 different type of decks so far, can't say the same about past expansions

That's a worthless nerf. They need to reduce the amount of damage it does when it awakens. The 10 damage burst that you can't prevent or have any counterplay for is the problem

The main issue of the class is the INSANE card draw they have, half of the time they have draw most of their deck before turn 10 rolls, and the worst part is the whole discount part of the skull of gul'dan.
I bet most people here were the ones playing Galakrond Rogue yesterday and destroying everything else with 0 consequence...
I got from Diamond 4 to Legend in like 40 games with Midrange Demon Hunter.
Yes the class may be a bit overpowered, and yes it can have amazing swing turns... But Galakond Rogue is the king of power swings since the last nerfs and no one bats an eye...
I accept the most probable nerfs to DH if they nerf Galakrond Rogue too... Otherwise is Roguestone again.
Yeah... And the deck would be unplayable... It's the first day... give it at least two weeks... otherwise they'll destroy DH (a brand new class btw) like they destroyed galakrond shaman...

Just increase the mana cost of EVERY Demon Hunter Legendary and Epic by 2 mana
and increase the mana cost of EVERY Common and Rare by 1 mana

Haven't played much so far, as I usually wait and just keep reading here once a new Exp hits, and farming packs with my Gold in Arena.

DH is favoured against everything everywhere except possibly Wild, where Mages are still more OP.
