So, I had all the classic rare cards in 2x, but two that I had a regular copy and a golden one. The next classic pack I opened contained two regular copies of the mentioned cards.
Does it mean that if I have all legendaries in a set but one is golden, the next legendary I'll get in that set will be a regular copy of the Golden one? If so it's great.
It is not supposed to work that way... but it seems to do so right now....
It should come back to pure random as you have all the playable cards of that rarity...
Do you know if that also means you can disenchant your golden copy and still get the non-golden from duplicate protection?
I know the patch updated text indicates that you can't (i.e., if you disenchant a golden copy, it will be the same as if you disenchanted a non-golden copy), but I'm curious about how it's actually working now.
Sorry, the only answer I can give you is the one above. We can only wait for Blizzard to clarify the situation
Edit: Live experience... I disenchanted one of the new priest cards I had got in golden as last season reward and opened the second normal one as this season reward again this morning. So, yes, it still seem to be the way it works right now...

Thanks for the update. This helps a lot.
