Unlocking demon hunter has to be new player friendly. If you want challenging content, go do the rest of the solo adventures. If you had, you would not be complaining.
Anybody else think it was ridiculous that the prologue they hyped up so much was only FOUR games long? Not to mention EXTREMELY bland aside from the second one. I beat the other three by like turn 6 or 7 on my first try without thinking. Seems like Blizzard did a really pathetic this time around with the Solo Adventure since I guess a lot of manpower went into the new class itself. Super disappointing though... also you can't even do anything at all with the cards, besides replay the same terrible and easy missions. I actually can't believe how awful of a job they did
The point of the prologue is to set up the story and introduce everyone (including new players who don't understand the game very well) to the new class. If they made it a challenge for experienced players then new players would find it frustrating and might miss out on the new content. I'm sorry you're so salty about this, but your expectations were way off the mark.
Prologue purpose is to give you cards, what do you expect it to be, especially for new players. Making it difficult for basic/classic set of cards is equivalent of playing braindead coop tavern brawls, just a waste of time.
I think the idea is that it was 4 boring missions, two of which you play as a Mage, to get a deck that's nonsensically locked for another 6 days.
With half the planet in quarantine, it wouldn't have ended the world to just let people play the deck they unlocked.
It should be fairly easy. Remember, new players are going to need to beat this to get access to DH, so it's not going to be anything to crazy. It's also not an adventure or a Dungeon Run, it's just a short, sweet, condescend telling of Illidan's background, with some cards to boot.
I had quite a bit of trouble with the last 2 bosses. I don't think it was nearly as easy as you maintain. Might just be that you drew well and your opponent didn't.

What does it matter? The actual solo adventure hasn't released yet, and you're complaining about the PROLOGUE. Not to mention that the purpose of the adventure was to show you the ropes for the new class. You can play the class when the new set releases. Geez.
Yes, it is boring and blend. I do understand ppl claming its supposed to be easy and done by every1 BUT CMON! The story they presented has such HUGE leaps and contradicts wow lore.
I cannot grasp why, after so many years, they havent implemented some 'comics' system into the client. Just few pictures that we rightclick that tells us about the general theme and story. We have that everytime we get a balance change = instead of cards just paint Ilidian drawing the water from the WoE etc...

It served its purpose of introducing the mechanics the class has

LOTS OF FREE STUFF!
Really, it's just an introduction of a new class. What should we expect of it?
you should be able to battle against the old adventure bosses, that's what im currently doing leveling my DH up.
It’s just a prologue dude...
It's the intro for the DH class. It should be easy as the new player intro experience. What did you expect?

Got unlucky with Cenarius boss battle, and actually required 3 attempts to beat him xD
Story is short and just pointing out the "Highlights" - somewhat comparable to a Game of Thrones Season when compared to the books :D
If you want to relive his story in much more detail I guess you are going to do that in WoW: Burning Crusade.
For me it was good enough, just give teh cards and GG
It was good. It served its purpose. We got to play with some of the cards. Not disappointing at all. It was exactly what a prologue should be.

Galavant Animation
I played for the cards. Did not care about the gameplay.

people complain about a lot of think they dont really understand.
So no when this topic have few days I hope you feel stupid talking all that bullshit and calling people just cuz you write some bullshit.

How does it contradicts the lore ?
Remember those 1 game prologues? I do.
I liked it. Its a bonus with a story and the cards. Dont expect it to be like an adventrue..
