I calculated around 270, i also came by the sheet presented saying 273( the math took a lot more things into consideration). Until now you needed between 315-350 to get full. It is cheaper. It really helps people that only get packs until full rares.
At around 250 to 275 packs, you’ll have all the commons and rares, and enough dust from a simple mass disenchant to craft the rest. It’s always been this way. You can lower this a bit by dusting your goldens. But why bother wasting money and dust on a few crappy epics and legendaries?
Just buy packs till you have all rares/commons then switch to crafting. Any epics or legs you pick up form packs are bonus. One way or another this non-dupe rule will make it far easier for us all to attain the viable cards/ or cards that we want. Pursuing owning all the cards has always been a waste of time and money, and the dupe alteration won't change that. The fact that people are still moaning about the value even after we've just had this massive change to improve things at our end wind me up a bit, like no shit, it's value doesn't compete with buying AAA games. Its a collectathon card game, its designed, from the ground up to milk you dry, don't y'all pretend like you don't know what you're signing up for by getting into a card game...
..but I guess complain is what people do aroud here.
