Blizzard's Chinese Overlords were offended again by some random stupid shit or what? :/ I don't give a single f...k about this hunter quest, neither about the hero power's name, but yeah, this is definitely weird. :(
I think it's the same effect. What a waste of time... Were people complaining about the name of "Ramkahen's Roar". If so... Why? If not, why change it? Seems like wasted effort.
Unless they REALLY want to call something in the next expansion something relating to Ramkahen that would make this confusing or relating to another class...
The only people complaining here are those who cry about his post be less auto-attack mode and read properly, this is just a curious detail being pointed by an user. Which btw is weird. Indeed. Blizzard should mention this in the patch notes, not because it is relevant, but because is an actual change, patch notes must have a "non mechanic changes" section or something to make actualizations more clear
When did I say it bothered me? I'm just pointing out that it got changed out of nowhere.
I wasn't evern talking about you but the guy who said Chinese overlords, that's sounded like a complain
Jesus, I wasn't complaining, I was just making fun of them. Didn't you bother to read the rest of the post or do you have some reading comprehension problems? I clearly stated I don't care at all about this hunter quest or the hero power's name, dude.
Maybe because the other quests give some kind of artifact or something? Like Ossirian Tear, Ascendant Scroll, Heart of Vir'naal, etc. The roar would be like the action you do with the mask, not the mask itself. I guess I can understand the reasoning but not why they went out of their way to change it. It's just such a small thing.
I think so too, though I thought the Ramkahen's Roar was like a horn of some sorts, even though the art doesn't look much like an instrument. "Pharaoh's Warmask" sounds more like an artifact and matches the artwork better, but doesn't fit the visual and sound effect.
I guess they first wanted the warmask as a reward and asked for such artwork, then tried out different hero powers and effects, ended up settling with an effect similar to Savage Roar, adjusted the name, and then realized that the name doesn't really match the artwork anymore.

Jeez... ok you were not complain about a stupid virtual game card. Hope your life will be better now that a bunch of strangers that will never meet you in life know it.

Did they announce this change and I just missed it, or was it another sneaky inclusion in the last patch?
What the hell, they didn't tell us squat. This is new.
The wiki says it was changed this patch, too. Or at least some time during this whole Ashes of Outland thing.
What was wrong with Ramkahen's Roar? Weird.

I feel like "Pharaoh's Warmask" suits the art better, but "Ramkahen Roar" suits the effect better, so idk.
what does a mask have to do with giving all minions +2 attack? Sounds more like a roar to me...
Well, it has to be taken from a vault, so kinda makes more sense than taking a roar
Wow, you people really care about this? No trolling question, I am truly impressed something like this can bother somebody.
I don't even read the cards anymore after one week they are released... Good Catch.

Did they change the effect? If not, what's the difference?

did they change the artwork too? or just the name of the hero power?

It's one of the decks a I do play a lot and without this post I wouldn't even know the reward changed name(not that it would change anything).
