I agree with this tier list right here! My only change would be Priest. Priest is losing quite a number of cards and the cards that are rotating in are not enough to fill the void. I'd imagine they'll be C tier until another good "package" of cards comes their way.
I put priest there cos I believe it will be decent against aggressive decks, which there will be plenty of, but it might be worse. Same reason why I don't but rogue higher in the list cos it might struggle against the aggressive decks.
Honestly could a midrange dragon priest work? It seems like it could have some good synergies, one drop legendary is absolutely busted and the new two drop is solid. It could definitely see some play.
Demon Hunter - aggressive is very good, maybe overpowered. Control/big demons is outclassed by galakrond and highlander stuff and isn't relevant. The super busted demon hunter cards like skull and eye beam really want a low curve. You don't want one of those big guys stuck in the left of your hand turning those cards into bricks.
Rogue - Very strong. Stealth aggro could definitely work. New secret package and maybe even the stealth package slots into galakrond.
Warrior - Galakrond warrior still good with a few worthwhile new cards. Pirate warrior might make a comeback now that they can tutor Ancharr.
Mage - I don't know. Spells only deck seems lack luster, but spells only hunter blindsided the entire community so I'm just not going to say anything. There might be a version of reno mage that's good, but without Luna's Pocket Galaxy the deck has to be completely reworked. There's some more stuff for a cyclone deck but losing Elemental Evocation really hurts that deck. I don't expect much
Warlock - Zoo stuff seems good. 4 mana 5/5 with rush that draws three cards. Sure, why not. There's also new 8 drop that seems decent for slower decks.
Druid - there might be some nutty Kael'thas combo thing that works. I don't know how to build that deck, so I'm filing it under "maybe." Quest Druid probably still works. Tier 2 or so.
Priest - Rez priest loses cloning gallery, but I don't think that's fatal. It loses mass hysteria, but they're getting more aoe options via the rework. It wouldn't surprise me if the deck stuck around. Also, I predict more aggro stuff so it'll have a better field to play against. There might be some weird curve midrange deck with the 2/3 that buffs health, buffed temple enforcer, injured tol'vir/blademaster and circle. You just drop thick boys, heal and value trade and slowly roll the aggro decks. It seems like it could work.
Shaman - Its only viable, if you can call it that, archetype of aggro shaman gets murdered by rotation. I don't think any of the new stuff makes a brand new deck that's good enough. Dead class.
Paladin - I'm cautiously optimistic about librams. I picture some kind of midrangey control deck. Normally I'd think that deck just gets blown out by galakrond, but with a roided equality as one of the librams... sure I could see it. Enough tempo to keep up, justice past their swing turns, and the free stats from a bunch of wisdoms to keep up or win past that. And Libram of hope is just a better Ragnaros, Lightlord you can run two of. And it costs 3 sometimes. High hopes. Viable murloc paladin is not outside the realm of possibility.
Hunter - Got a few nice cards. I think Leoroxx is powerful but doesn't have the support right now, at least in standard. Their existing archetypes should keep chugging with a couple new cards each, like Zixor + ingenuity in highlander.

Rogue, Hunter and Demon Hunter look like the top classes.
Shaman looks competitively unplayable.
The other classes are in between.
A little reminder to read this in a month
The stream was funny because it was so obvious how awful some decks were. Kripp lost in like 6 turns to that secret rogue.
