The game is over when they play it on turn 5 which is ridiculous but what's even more ridiculous is after having Big Priest and Quest priest for so long, you are glad to even have that short of a window to rat Raza out of his hand (Rat always misses btw, if you're lucky to even draw it).
The worst part about it though, is Velen + 2 0 mana dragons they get from Alexstraza,
I wasn't even opposed to the idea of it getting unnerfed but now I remember the times when it was like this and even back then with less ammo for it, it was super unfun and uninteractive to play against. So I am hereby predicting a re-nerf for Raza because, even if the game has evolved to the point where Unnerfed Yogg is totally fine in the meta, a deck where you can do damage for 0 mana after each card is still too busted and it will only get more busted as the time goes on.
I'm play standard. I seem to be unusual in that I really liked playing against that deck. Of all the OP decks, the non-otk version was one of my favorite decks to play against. It just had much more variety and skill than Quest rogue, jade druid, or odd paladin.
Yeah Reno Priest is probably tier 1 now, but in a meta with Mecha'thun and Darkest Hour Warlock and Quest Mage, I really don't care.
I actually started playing control Druid with Yogg and 2 rats after the un-nerf and so far I am 100% against Warlocks (Mostly mechathun but got a darkest hour one in there as well) and have faced more brainless aggro Mages, rather than quest mages. I am starting to think the best counter to the cancer in wild right now is just to go full on linebacker druid.
Sorry I don't live in a 3rd world country. Don't see how money helps imbalance and broken cards. ;)
I'm hoping that a 3rd world country player like me doesn't trigger you for being able to play wild. If I can do it (because it seems like you have a personal problem with 3rd world countries) then you have too little standards about yourself. That's why you don't braindead disenchants cards just because they are rotating out of babystandard. Git gud.
Isn't it the other way around? To play wild, you only need to craft the 1 of 2 cards that rotate into the exact same deck you've been playing for 3 years, rather than an entirely new expansion every 4 months...
That's an asinine statement, chum. You can go from rank 25 to legend in wild (or whatever the ranks will be now) using a single legendary and a single epic card with secret mage. In standard you have to pay an arm and a leg and you'll still be left wanting. Not like secret mage is the only cheap op deck, handbuff mech pally costs very little and that's quite the cancer too. Even shaman is also ridiculously affordable.
If you want to have fun obviously it's not that cheap but this misconception that wild is inherently more expensive than standard is a silly one. More so since you don't have to buy the new """adventures""" and change your deck every 3 months to have a good one in wild.
Just play the 4-3 bird, dirty rat. Do something to win the game. You can't just sit and wait and then ask "oh wait why is it turn 10 and this deck is slowly winning". Different power levels. When Gul'dan summons 7 demons or aggro decks win by turn 5 nobody bats an eye, but when Anduin starts to build up his control power past turn 8-10, everybody loses their minds. Every deck has it's thing. There are honestly far more broken decks now, look at the meta... The most annoying - Darkest hour coinflip. This is the alternative of old naga giants warlock. It is technically the same thing. THAT is broken. No real counter if done turn 3-5 with those spiders that make spells cost 2 more. You can only hope for like plague of murlocs or poison seeds to be in hand and not 2 spiders to be on board. But Raza priest can be countered. Simply even by getting tons of armor with control druid for example. Play your win condition, do tempo, do hand disruption. Find ways, this is the fun of HS :)

They can just not kill the Albatross on turn 4, if they have a Raza in hand. And armouring up as druid does not help, if they have 0 mana dragons and prophet Velen, unless you are doing the linecracker pure armour druid, I guess.
I like that you say "just play the albatross or a rat if you're against priest but against warlock your only hope is if you are lucky to have poison seeds in hand" Mate, like albatross and rat are just magically appearing in everyone's mulligan? I have 2 copies of rats in my druid deck and I only ever drew it twice and it missed raza both times and then the turn after they just played it anyway. Darkest hour druid is cancer, I agree but you can't just say ignore all the other bad and oppressive decks, because the one that gives me the most trouble is the most important one. I can sympathise with you on the darkest hour point, as I am sure you could with me on raza priest, if you were honest. Personally I faced one of them and defeated him using poison seeds but that doesn't mean I am 100% confident every time I face them will be the exact same scenario

I hope it doesn’t. :.(
it’s my favorite deck of all time!
There are way more annoying decks to play against in wild Rn and it’s not unbeatable in the slightest.

Who plays Wild?
Any one who isnt poor like you.

I have spend maybe a max of €75 on this game and am playing since Naxxrammas... Never disenchanted my wild cards and am a happy wild player!
To live is to suffer, to survive is to find meaning in the suffer!
Ha. I've been playing Raza Priest and have been getting ran over by rez priest (bastards), not sure what youve been smoking tonight.

There are much worse decks in wild compare to raza priest . Secret mage, darkest hour warlock, any otk madness etc

remember card Grizzled Wizard? along with old finley you can remove their heropower
Im glad raza got unnerfed. I can finally play chansey priest again <3
Me? Gongaga.
Trust me Raza Priest never gonna be T1 in Wild. And After Priest card reworks... no chance.
OOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
