You're going to get less dust over the next few years with the new no-duplicates rule, so you're in a good spot to start spending that dust after the next expansion.
Not exactly less dust, since crappy stuff can always be DE'ed anyway. And with the new rule you'll also need to craft less stuff, so you're saving on it, which is kinda of an invisible gain.
Anyway, your play right now should be to craft golden copies of cards that are being HOF'ed that you don't own already.
Duplicate rule now applies for every card rarity, so depending in how many packs you get, you'll no longer have x6 copies of a crappy Epic while missing copies of good ones, or still need to craft ~2 stray Rares for 200 dust. So your collection will be bigger, which will reduce costs in crafting.
