Guys this means a lot ,the game will become more cheaper since youll not get duplicate cards anymore on all rarities i am actually hyped for this feature the most, because getting the right epics in Ungoro i remember it was a nightmare. Are you guys hyped most for this too?
It's amazing but my question is if we have 2 pieces of all the rares and commons from an expansion will the game packs start to contain only epics and legendaries and eventually only legendaries? :D

No, that's not how it's going to be. The rarity distribution is still the same, but unlike now, you'll actually have all the commons and rares after about 50-80 packs, and you can't get that fifth Mindgames anymore while you are still waiting for your first Cabal Shadow Priest since you started playing the game 4 years and hundreds of packs ago. :P
You can get duplicates eventually, once you have everything of that rarity twice.
Also, I somehow managed to not get a single Bloodsail Flybooter in 80 packs, only topped by getting 0 EVIL Miscreant in well over 100 packs. Some Commons it got 10+ copies for, but zero for the one that ended up getting nerfed. AND I am still waiting in Classic for my second Stampeding Kodo.
The change is really, really good. At least those gaps can be filled with just a few packs now, and you pretty much never have to waste dust on commons and rares ever again.
Needless to say, you should wait with all unopened packs until the changes are live.

This is pretty exciting! Once all cards are owned of a particular rarity you can then disenchant one card of that set to try and open a golden version if you’re into golden collecting like me =D
It was said already but it is worth saying it again that is better to not open your packs till the patch hits and just hoard them. It its what i am gonna do.
This is a step in the right direction, more and greater rewards, no more duplicates, now its possible for F4P players to catch up, but my gut feeling tells me that they might launch Adventures between Expansions more frequently now, lol.
This is the best thing about the whole announcement. I literally have stopped myself from getting excited about epics just b/c you get disappointed so often by triples.
Nice to finally see this happen. This is very significant. Makes me wonder what the catch is... Seems like dust acquisition will take a proportionally significant hit as a result.
It should have happened a while ago. Makes everything more valuable, from buying packs to reward packs, especially for non-whales and f2p.
This is by far the best change that has ever happened to Hearthstone.
And I'm so glad that it is happening, but also extremely frustrated that I spent all that money on duplicates for years. This should have been a thing since Vanilla.

I'd be very surprised if we don't get adventures with unlockable cards between expansions again. If you don't have much money to spare, you shouldn't spend all your gold on the expansion at launch. Save about 1000 for another few weeks, a month at most, just so you know what kind of single player content there will be.
However, you can also bet that expansions will be bigger than ever, since they now have to provide cards for 10 classes instead of 9. My guess is that future expansions will have around 150-160 cards. They already said that all expansions this year will have 15 instead of 10 class cards for Demon Hunter, so another +5 for this year. And of course, we'll have more legendaries in future sets. Maybe 25 (+2 for Demon Hunter), but maybe even more.
On the other hand, they announced that every expansion will have an event like Fire Festival along with it, which usually comes with a few packs and extra gold. And even with 10 classes, the no duplicates rule will guarantee, that you get most of the lower rarity cards (commons and rares) within 60-80 packs. In other words, you'll probably never have to craft rares again, so it's all about epics and legendaries. Also, with the changes to ladder, you get a few extra cards and packs here and there as well.
As a hidden bonus, when a common or rare gets nerfed, and you have all commons and rares of the respective set, you can just go and buy a few more packs during the refund period, since you are guaranteed to open more of the nerfed card, after you disenchanted all your copies. So, you can bank a couple hundred gold for the nerf period if you like extra loads of dust.
So, with all the changes, you will likely be able to get all low rarity cards for all classes without too much effort, but with the increase in epics and legendaries and a more dynamic metagame, you probably have to be even more considerate of what you want to craft.
In the end, no deck will require more than 30 cards, and while Highlander Mage comes close, no deck can practically be all legendaries, and while we see decks with a dust cost well over 10.000 more frequently, there'll probably always be a relatively affordable deck (like Dragon Hunter for example) that can keep up with everything. And if that's still too much for you, go for Wild mode, where expansions usually have less of an impact, and the number of competitive players is smaller (at least on NA and EU, from my experience), so you can play the game leisurely up to ~rank 10, or whatever the new equivalent will be.
I'm slightly skeptical, but I'm not all pessimistic about it either. At least for now, for what it looks like, it won't be much harder to keep up, or at least not harder than it was during DoD.
I have 2 golden packs that I never intended to open because they looked so much cooler than any duplicate that could have been inside. Actually I opened a third one and that's why I decided to never do it again.
But if I can get the few missing rare and epics I need from classic set , I'd be happy to open them.
I guess for the epics I still have the 1 in 10 chance to open them so I still have to get lucky, right? But not nearly as lucky as before the change.
But every pack will get me at least 1 new rare every time until I have them all. Is this correct?
Finally not getting 10 copies of the same epic - huge and on top of that a new class - gives me hope that they will eventuelly introduce deathknight as a class maybe with the undead duelttag.

It won't work... It wasn't really in the announcement, but you can read about it in the Reddit post, after the change goes live, any disenchanted card will be counted as being in your collection for the purpose of not being opened as a dupe. It means that once you disenchant the card and start to open packs to get it golden, you will only open random cards at that point, because your card collection on that rarity will be already considered as complete and once complete, random duplicated cards start to appear.

uuu iLoveMentals, that's actually so good and it should be true
This HUGE for F2P players like myself that are missing 30-40 cards from each expansion since GvG. Hyped.

LOL, no
you just start getting duplicates

Finally after 2012312 years. This is literally the only thing I needed. Thank you Blizzard.

Technically, they are not duplicates, they are triplicates. You do want a duplicate epic; you don't want a triplicate epic.

Will this work on golden packs?
