So yesterday I bought a new phone and proceeded to immediatly download HS but didn't have much time so I didn't play, didn't even login.
Today on my way to work I wanted to get a couple games and when I tried to login the game just stays on the taverns door forever with the HS symbol glowing but never actually continues to allow me to put my login info.
So to be more clear, I launch the game, it asks me if I'm a new player or If I already have an account, obviously I tap on ol account, then it asks me if it can check my google account and I agree and after that, as I said the game just gets stuck on the taverns doors forever?
IS this common? I never had issues with my old phone. Is there a fix for this? the only thing I could find online was to clear the cache which I already did and then uninstall and reinstall, does that work or is there another fix I could try?
I am also having the same problem with my NEW Galaxy S10E. I was able to play my first day but then could never log in after. I've had an account with T-Mobile and their internet is not the best. But I've been able to log in in the past even if I had to wait and wait and wait ridiculous amounts of time with my previous Android phone ( Galaxy S8 ). I'm not sure if it's my carrier, my phone, hearthstone servers. Something to note is that my gf has a iPhone 7 (yes much older phone model) and is always able to log in. No matter where. If there's service on her phone she can get into problem. I was told at T-Mobile that Android's are superior in gaming. They process everything faster I was told. I'm annoyed because I'm not sure if I was lied to or it's something else. Looking for any help. I've gotten rid of cookies, un and re-installed.
Not sure if this is any help now but I've just fixed this problem. After you click sign in click no the the Google drive option and it will take you too the normal battle.net login. From there you should be able to play.
If your trying to use the Google drive make sure your accounts are linked(but this didn't work for me)

Dont sync with google account, use the standard login option in upper right corner.
I'm not synced with Google account. I log in through the game. Since I'm not on right now I can't even log out
