Do some cards need a 'Can only be used once per game' tag? Or 'Battlecry can only be triggered once per game'? I know it's a bit wordy but cards like Dragonqueen Alexstrasza and Zephrys the Great are fun cards that should create massive swing, but they should also be a one time deal imo.
I lose to those insane combos more than I win, but I wouldn't change them. People play creative stuff that puts these swing cards back in hand, or replays them, and that's cool.

How many people are playing Bog Slosher and Brewmaster to bounce highlander support ? Only meme decks do such shenanigans. If you are losing against meme decks while playing meta decks then something is wrong with your gameplay and if you losing while playing meme decks then it is a fair game.

I just lost on ladder within the 6 ranks playing Dragon Hunter, which is a great laddering deck and which I know how to pilot (it's not hard, in all fairness).
I lost to a Shaman (not a good meta class right now by any means) who brewmastered his Zephrys. I literally laughed out loud when it happened. A Highlander Shaman, on ladder, running Brewmaster.
There was nothing wrong with my game play. I had some bad draw, my opponent had good draw and a very unique deck build.
I do not think it is correct to discount losses to meme decks as "something is wrong with your gameplay". Sometimes shit goes south, and the sun shines on a dogs ass.

Adding Youthful Brewmaster to Highlander Hunter is not Meme at all, do you like getting charged two times into face from a furious Brann, which can get bounced back at 9 Mana (or 8 + Coin) while T-Rex remains on board ? It's a staple in my Highlander Hunter for a looong time now, also that said double Zephrys Battlecry is kind of important for many Matchups.

Yes shit will go south sometimes, but things that happen only sometimes doesn't warrant a nerf and certainly not to the degree that OP is demanding.

Bog Slosher is an auto-include for Highlander Shaman...

Sorry but stats doesn't agree with you. Brewmaster is in 0.5% decks in standard and Bog Slosher is in 0.8% decks. I think we can safely say only a small percentage of people are playing these highlander bouncing decks. So it is a meme and doesn't warrant any changes.
Then I must do something horribly wrong, since my Winrate without and with Panda for Highlander Hunter IS in favour of the latter. Double Zephrys provides some extra steam (one extra Tirion) in Control vs Control matchups, and double Brann is just scary in general.
Sure you can't stall the game forever until you got the two combo pieces together and you HAVE to play a Vanilla Brewmaster on turn 2, but the payoff is usually good enough, really.
My Philosophy is, I don't do EXACT net-decking and I will never be that type of lazy monkey.
I go to HSreplay have a look at the best decks at the moment, then instantly start to look for slight modifications, weither its just by making it slightly more greedier, doesnt matter. But else I will be hugely frustrated and not enjoy playing the deck, since a EXACT mirror matchup of two net-decking cunts playing the exact same stuff would feel just horrible for ME. (yes the majority of players doesn't mind, but I'am not the majority)
thats just my mentality, creative deck making IS part of Hearthstone afterall, so only because Stats are against you, doesn't mean you have to be a copy-clown, and only play what THEY do and sacrifice all the Fun.
Should I dust Colossus of the Moon because nobody plays it, according to Meta stats? NO, because its super fun and its even pretty darn strong in Res Priest.
Surefire way to make any highlander deck absolute garbage.
Just stop whining, they already made it so Alex cant draft another Alex. Next expansion will print weak dragons for her card pool, and you can already tech Albatross into your deck.
Alex isnt even that good to Shadowstep. Zephrys is decent for it, but then that's the ONLY shadowstep used.

Not sure I made any demands. I personally think that there are too many giant swing turns at the moment (it's called having an opinion) and made a suggestion to see what other people think. You kids need to stop being so touchy.

Those swing turns are not because of bouncing highlander cards multiple but because there are many swing cards (which includes DQ Alex and Zephyrs, but it is nothing to do with the fact that u can bounce them) in the game which is normal for the game just before rotation.

Bogslosher or Brewmaster, are very useful in highlander decks. if you don't agree, okay, but I can make it work very easily and it's imo really powerful.
I disagree. Yes it's very powerful if you play multiple of these cards in a game, but it's just highroll RNG and arguably that is what makes HS a decent card game for me at least = it's simple so it requires RNG for those mindblowing moments since the combo and deck building potential is quite limited when compared to MTG for example.

yo man exactly my thoughts! I'd upvote like 10 times if I could. It's good to hear other players think in such a healthy way.

Im sure its great at Rank 20.
It is great if you play for fun, or if you have better things to do than playing HS all day.
if in the other hand, reaching legend or the high ranks gives you the feeling of happiness because you are doing what you intended to do in your life ,playing around low ranks cant help you to feel superior.
