After latest update Patch 16.4 I can't enter the game. After the intro image with Hearthstone, I see the menu for like 1 second and then the following error message appears: “We just ran into a network problem as we were loading all the cards in your collection.Please relaunch Hearstone…” Anybody else experience this? Have you posted on the official blizzard support forum or opened a trouble ticket?

You already tried delete the cache folder?
Did that but to no avail. It works fine on my android devices.
Hey guys, I have the same issue with the game if i run it on PC or on mobile with wifi, but works fine on the mobile data.
What I learned that I had to wait around 15-20 sec on PC/on wifi when i launch the game once the daily quests pops up, before clicking to move on, and the game works properly. If i click automatically at start (as i used to), i get the same error.
Also, during the monthly reset i could not handle it this way, as the first pop-up was the ranking reward, which resulted the error immediately. Once I opened HS with mobile data, i was able to clear this pop-up, having again the daily to pop up only.
Hope my solution can help you guys until Blizzard fix this.

same issue here, 2 things that resolved this:
- close HS deck tracker.
- Launch BattleNet with "Run as Administrator"(right click on the Launch icon )
All you have to do is just go to setup-appdata-LocalLow-Blizzard Entertainment and delete all files from the hearthstone mapp and after this open hearthstone.This is fixed my problem.

Hey guys! Op here. I noticed when too many tabs are open in my google chrome browser while launching hearthstone, this problem occurs. I tried closing chrome and battle.net and launching battle.net again, and it worked, like after 1 or 2 tries. I hope this helps.

Hey guys! I noticed that when I'm connected with wifi, it crashes, but when I connect with mobile data, I can play just fine. Have you tried this too?
Having the same issue and what you said about wifi and mobile data is also true. I tried wifi - nothing, but with mobile data it worked.

none of this besides trying out on mobile first worked, which i dont wanna do at all
if it wasnt for the monthly "end" screen it probably would but it crashes right after the popup
oh well, fuck it. playing LoR i guess, was sick and tired of the game anyway

running as admistrator doesn't change anything either
and blizzard "support" doesn't even deserve that title, it's a joke
fine, uninstall it is then. never to be seen again
