Tough question. Didn't think the Fiery War Axe was needed or good at all so I guess that's my top choice. Mana Wrym would be second - it's one of the reasons Mage has been in the gutter for so long.
I want none of the cards back to what they were before the nerf, but Warsong Commander should really be buffed. It is SUCH an insult to the class to have a class card that is so, so much worse than Raid Leader just because they were sick of balancing it.
Would love that. But nerfing Velen to only double damage from spells. Machine gun OTK isn't fun. Machine gun 'I played defensively the whole time, I'm gonna switch to offensive mode' priest is hell of fun.
Just considering the Classic and Basic set here. There were other overshooting nerfs, but I kinda lost track of them, and unlike the developers, I think the Classic set should actually have somewhat useful cards.
Cards that I'd change to a new version: Force of Nature (adding Rush), Arcane Golem (4 mana 4/2 Charge with same Battlecry), Starving Buzzard (3 mana 2/1), Warsong Commander ("whenever you summon a minion with 3 Attack or less, give it Rush"), Blade Flurry (either 2 mana to deal damage to all enemy minions, or 4 mana to deal damage to all enemies), Rockbiter Weapon (1 mana, Give a friendly minion +3 attack this turn), Savagery (0 mana) and Charge (2 mana "Give a minion rush. If you have 12 health or less, give it Charge instead).

Wow, I completely forgot Arcane Golem used to have Charge. Interesting idea for the card Charge too. I think it's a little dumb that a card named Charge gives a minion Rush 100% of the time, but I understand why they limit that mechanic. Overall I really like your ideas, and agree with most of them. I do think reverting Flametongue Totem would cause Even Shaman problems though

Move Force if Nature back to six mana and give the treats rush.
Raza since I miss OTK machine gun Priest in Wild
I'd like to see Invocation of Frost back at 1 mana
Preparation back to discounting the next spell by 3 mana
And Vanish back on standard ladder

Sludge Slurper. It is quite recent but one of the most unfair nerf I've seen. Shaman is already dead, give them at least a good aggro deck.
