If you take Prince Keleseth for example, you cant run any other 2 drops and it only gave +1/+1 to all minions. Embiggen costs 0 mana so it can be played twice at the start of the turn and gives +2/+2.
I was just thinking about this not as much that it’s straight broken but, it almost feels like they didn’t think about some of the interactions. Like a 10/6 Leeroy for 7 mana is insane. Similar thoughts with witching hour and winged guardian. Like I know warrior can drop a 10/6 leeroy but, that requires 5 cards, a lot of mana, and some luck
Some people are acting like Embiggen has always been broken, but it had a pretty mediocre playrate and winrate before Winged Guardian was released a few weeks ago.
Embiggen as a card is fair. The problem is that super easy side-quest and a possibility to cheat with mana with new better wild growth. So when you increase the cost of cards with 1 and at same turn gain 1 more mana crystall then your opponent, you negate the downside and is only left with +2/+2.
But yet again, no one played this combo until they added reborn taunt. So its not a single card, its a combo

And the metagame has already grown increasingly hostile to it. You almost can't play it on ladder right now.
Man running this deck currently and it really is pretty easy to play and does well against almost the whole meta except rogue and you can high roll bad matchups maybe a third of the time
I and guessing they will have to nerf Winged at some point but could be wrong as people may begin teching in cards to counter it

What are you talking about? Rogue is it's best mu.
As a card, yes it is fair. Powerful? Definitely. But pretty fair overall.
The loss of tempo is a big hit to take (and thats similar to what Keleseth does). However, what makes the card seem fair is druid's easy access to ramping.
It feels to me like a deck that completely shuts certain decks down in the same way Rez priest does and caverns below and some other decks used to do. While it is probably technically balanced, I don’t like that about this deck because I don’t want to play just variations of face hunter until meta shifts. Even though I enjoy dragon face hunter for now.

Please change the card.
If they play two Embiggens turn 1 and you can't get into a position where you can kill them with spells by the time they play their first minion on turn 4/5 then you're bad.

Ok, we'll change it.
Oh, wait, we are not Blizzard.
yes

It would help if it cost 1 mana
"We released Surrender to Madness, and it was unplayable so let's just make a broken version of it".

It needs to cost 3 mana. No more of this Turn 1 give all minions in your deck +4/4 if you got a lucky draw.
Fair things never win in Hearthstone and Embiggen Druid wins, a lot actually.

haha im drunk - especially
you get an up vote for that :)
Totally understandable :)
If it was fair it wouldn't be played in a top meta deck.

Nah it isn't fair. If you are not aggro, you are done. Too much value for 0 mana spell.
