Not every deck will win each time. If you face a facehunter concede and move on. When I go up against a priest in casual or ladder and see them whip out that quest I concede as I won't win and it's a long match as they keep healing back up to 30. Not worth my time. Same with Token Druid, which is a ridiculous deck. Not enough removals/tanks in the game so I concede and move on.
Just the nature of any game. Strong against some. Weak against others. I have no issue with facehunters. I face them and win most of the time even with the toxic huggers. I have cards that hit harder and heals that more than make up for their teeny 2 hp hit. I've also played enough to know how to get counter facehunter stupidity.
First off that isnt true. Zil is in almost every deck and Face Hunter gets played so that's just obviously incorrect. Second that has been said a million times. Third it isnt a good counter because the same healing cards almost certainly gets you killed for running them versus later game decks that even more broken decks.
Toxic Reinforcements is a very oppressive card. There is literally no counter to it. Mass Dispel? You are losing mana in response to their one mana spell and not clearing the 1/1's. Name me a counter I dare you. It needs to be 2 mana. Everyone would play Sanctuary if it were 1 mana but it would still be less of a problem than this instawin card.
Armor up. A control warrior eats face hunter for breakfast. If a certain deck archetype is over represented in the meta, play a deck that counters it. The best players gets ahead of the meta and adapts to it every day. Most people play behind the meta and switches decks too late, when a lot of people is playing its counter.
Once again, learn to play the meta. Tech for the decks you struggle with. You can't just complain about shit all the time but not wanting to do something about it.
Lifedrinker is pretty much my only counter against any hunter deck... that and playing Questing Adventurer and forcing them to answer it before it get out of hand :)
I thought this was going to be about the Druid one...
People tend to play too defensively against facehunter. They are not going to clear your minions. Just play your early minions and don’t trade too much and you win a lot of the time before they do. Elemental mage, mech paladin and other hunter decks can all easily beat face hunter. I Expect embiggen can too but I don’t play that deck so I don’t really know. Quest druid can outheal it. Priest and warrior beat it too.

The druid one sure is the side quest that would need a nerf. Toxic Reinforcements is a balanced card, but the druid one is way too swingy RNG fiesta card with possible highroll to win the game on the spot unless you are playing heavy control deck.

This the Wrathblade in my friendlist who only plays Arena? This is LiveWire : D
The counter is to have healing in your deck. Face Hunter runs out of steam pretty quickly. Even playing just Zilliax might win you the game.
