Toxic Reinforcements is a very oppressive card. There is literally no counter to it. Mass Dispel? You are losing mana in response to their one mana spell and not clearing the 1/1's. Name me a counter I dare you. It needs to be 2 mana. Everyone would play Sanctuary if it were 1 mana but it would still be less of a problem than this instawin card.
It's a lot of stats + damage for the mana, but it's delayed by at least two turns and requires some low tempo plays leading up to it. It's certainly a good card but it isn't "instawin"
The counter is getting stats in play and pressuring them back. Nothing except dedicated control decks can out-heal a face hunter. The best line is to stabilize and kill them first.

It's a relatively slow fireball that requires at least 3 turns to trigger. It's a good card, but not oppressive.
Play almost any healing cards. Sure, most decks don't play healing these days, but consider your addition of a couple of heals a "tech choice" like playing weapon removal. Healing is a hard counter to most indirect SMOrc decks.

The answer is right there. If you are facing a lot of face hunters, play a dedicated control deck. Priest, hunter or even warlock have a lot of good heal cards, removal and taunt. You can expect to play a midrange deck and beat it and aggro v aggro is always just a coin toss to who draws face damage fastest.
newsflash: there is no deck that wins against everything
if you hate face hunter so much that you feel the urge to make a thread about it, make a deck thats built to counter it instead and you'd be getting a better use out of your time........
Without Facehunter in the meta the meta would be almost unplayable. Aggro is always good thing to have around as long as it's not the S++ tier deck like Undertaker hunter or pirate warrior back in their reigns.
Lifedrinker is pretty much my only counter against any hunter deck... that and playing Questing Adventurer and forcing them to answer it before it get out of hand :)

Counterplay: think ahead. Like you know it's coming, then you have to act according to it.
MC Tech would help if they had a 4th minion, healing cards, counter spell, but it IS annoying. I’ll grant you that.
Not sure why it needs to be a 2 mana counter, but there’s a 3 mana card Blowtorch saboteur that would slow it down and contest out Phase Stalker
Sidequests need to be powerful, it is a small (and not enough) compensation for classes can't run Galakrond.
Say that to Priest

How is a card that, if not drawn in the first 3 turns is completely dead, overpowered?
Spirit Lash
Well, you didn't specify that it had to be from this set... :-)
Very opressive... Lol what a snowflake !

Yeah except that those same heals won't help you versus Galakrond Rogue or Embiggen Druid.

A counter? Healing and armor gain. If they draw it past t5 it's a dead card.
