Being new to HS, I recently purchased the Dragon Master Bundle as a means of getting some good single player content and the 25 card packs.
I understand that the description of the bundle says that you must complete the "introductory missions" to gain access to the card packs, but what exactly are the introductory missions?
I have completed the first chapters of both the League of EVIL and the League of Exploreres, but alas no card packs.

Thanks for the help.
Are you maybe confusing the single player content called "rise of galakrond" and the card pack bundle? The first gives you access to the single player adventure, where you unlock certain cards once you beat it and the second just gives you card packs from the year of the dragon.
Big yikes if you just bought the adventure bundle, instead of the bundle with packs. The adventure will give you new cards but no packs and you have to earn those new cards by playing all the chapters. If you just bought the packs, they should be visible in your pack opening screen, even if there were some thing that prevented you from opening them
are you sure you bought the dragons master bundle in the region you want to play it ?? there is europe, americas and asia. if you chose the wrong region then your packs have been delivered elsewhere and not in the region you re playing. why dont you contact blizzard support ? they always helped me when i had some problem
How new are you? Because brand new players need to complete some quests before they can access certain things afaik. I believe you need to complete "First Blood" and "The Duelist" first (not 100% sure, it's been a long time ago for me).
I think you need to play against A.I. first (there's something like "standard" and "expert", you need to finish both iirc?), or maybe even level all classes to lvl. 10
Thanks to all for helping me out. Think I need to keep playing (and hopefully not losing) in competitive play.
If you lose quite a bit at first don't take it too seriously. There are a large number of smurfs in the beginner ranks (50-25) nowadays that are apparently farming gold on alt accounts. I'm not entirely sure how the process works, but needless to say these guys have much stronger decks than the average new player would or should have and are typically better at the game as well. Just keep a positive mindset and grind it out; you should have enough dust within the first few weeks to craft cheap competitive decks for standard like face hunter or even mech pala. If you want feel free to send me a message and I'd be happy to give you some tips on decent starter decks/general gameplay

Not sure exactly but if youve been playing for any amount of time they should be there....

This is what I purchased - never received the 25 card packs. Thanks for all of the replies.

Introductory missions are things like level a class to 10, win 5 games in practice mode, play 5 games in play mode
so, just get to the mission that says something like "Ready to Go!"
"You can't just assign random prices to junk you find in a storage locker."

You can't stop the signal.
