 first 2 or 3 turns are already 30 seconds shorter than normal if I recall correctly, might be some other value but they are definitely shorter

No need new mode! Just change Nozdormu effect to battlecry

I want new modes but blitz mode in hearthstone is a poor idea. Mobile users would be at a significant disadvantage and while quick-thinking is a cool skill, the meta would be mostly aggro and just spammy decks.

I do think a modified version of hearthstone (like battlegrounds) could make for an interesting blitz game. 

If you can't stand your opponent taking a turn, maybe turn-based games aren't for you.
