For me it's Lightning Storm. Reliably hits minions with 2 or less health for 3 and minions with 3 health for 2. It's mind boggling how this happens 90% of the time like the game is trying to tell me, "hey. Youre not allowed to use this card". What's your one?
Lightning storm is a good one but I have learned to only use it when all or 95% of the stuff is at 2 health., it never gives you 3 when you need it.
For me it is Kalecgos. Have not got a single good spell off of it, nor have I ever had a chance to play it while a good spell is in hand, so I always end up just throwing dice and playing a 10 mana 4/12 that does nothing and then die anyway.
Seriously, Flame Juggler (I play mostly arena). Often it would be useful to hit any minion on the board, but 95% of the time it goes face no matter how many minions there are on the board.
Dragon Roar - at various times it's been an option for control warrior decks I've run in both standard and wild, but time and time again it tends to get me a Deathwing that I just can't play. Given that my favourite style of control warrior is Dead Man's Hand in wild, I can't afford to be getting a card that's just going to multiply in my deck. I do run Dragonqueen Alexstrasza which has the same potential problem, but at least in her case the tempo boost of every other card she gives more than makes up for it.
Lmao, I have a few of them. I will swear on my mother's grave that Far Sight can only draw another Far Sight if it's an option. Otherwise, It only likes that last card under 3 mana that's left in your heavy deck.

Implosion. I'm losing always the 66% chance. -.-
Minions with 2 or less health? 4 damage overkill.
All other minions with 3-4+ health? Always 2 damage...
EDIT: Sorry for the double post, Internet was lagging...
Is Implosion still played in a deck? I think there are much better options nowadays.
For me it is Far Sight. I always hit a 1 or 2 mana card with it...
Always expect the unexpectable!
Mind control tech...
i always get the 1/1
For me was the cursed Firelands Portal.
Opponent play the card and get 7/8 taunt or Leeroy, I play the card and always get the 2/2 deathrattle give 5 damage to my face.
>.<
Far sight invariably hits the 1 cost spell for me.

Garden gnome , I always get it in mulligan and never draw 5+ costing spells
I don’t think I’ve gotten Envoy of Lazul to give me a card once. It’s still useful for the recon, but I have yet to get it to work properly.
undoubtedly it has been flame juggler, i think he hit the target i wanted to hit like 10% of the time
thankfully i don't play arena at all anymore. i'd even pick frickin wisp before that a-hole card
Ysera, always seems to feel awkward to play her, no immediate impact, and gives a shitty 3-5 most of times.

Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron. When I play it it's fatigue from 15 cards, when my opponent plays it it's a board clear and a massive minion on their side.
Any card that has an RnG element capable of screwing you over...?
It will screw me over...
Omg that MCT story... O.o
