People here that justify roping because an opponent is netdecking or because strategy (fuck Control warriors that do this, seriously) must be some of the lowest scum in the whole earth. Netdecking is a more fair strategy than roping, and if you go to ladder with a non-netdecked deck (like I do, currently playing Dragon Big Spell Mage in standard and Quest Ixlid + Splintergraft Druid OTK in Wild) you must assume that you'll battle a lot of netdecked decks, because some people prefer enjoying the game that way.
Yes, Alp2760 that is me exactly. I play a lot of decks that actually took creativity to come with and take actual skill to play.
If you want to play brainless decks that abuse broken mechanics that's your right. Just know that it's my right to take every alotted second of my turn to make life hard on you for making your decision. Doesnt bother me a bit since I can walk around and straighten my room up while giggling at the fact you are probably staring at the screen like an idiot grumbling.
You consider me toxic for doing that? I consider you toxic for playing easy-win netdecks. Open your mind a little to the actual reality.
Never been a roper myself, now I rope Rez Priests, especially ones that think they are cheeky not playing quest while they afk for 4 turns . *eye roll*. That deck is zero fun to play against and you don't even really need to draw that well because by turn 6, you'll have an oppressive taunt or something that heals you. if you wanna afk, let's afk. I'll watch some youtube.
I'm not opposed to netdecking but the popularity of that deck can make 30 minutes of ladder just miserable. I netdeck a decent amount but, I tech some cards that I personally like or wanna try out 99% of the time.
I look forward to roping each and every one of you in my future games.
Instead of being so rueful about it, why not take it as a chance to be productive? Turn the volume up and clean up your greasy room or godforbid do a few jumping jacks for the first time in 10 years to kill the time when someone is making you wait. Is that really so hard?

Yes, because that requires effort and "effort" is not a word in our millennial dictionary.
