I think it all depends on how quickly after death you resurrect someone. For example, John Snow was perfectly healthy after resurrection but he was only dead a couple of days. The wights however were better off dead.
ressurect cards arent problem. they should just change them to summon from pool of all minions. then they are balanced. and honestly only card that would deserve nerf is anyfin can happen. this card should cost more and get reduced by 1 for murlocs that died. that card should cost 20 mana or so - 1 for each murloc that died.

It also depends on if they are mostly dead or all dead. There's a big difference between mostly dead and all dead. Mostly dead is slightly alive. With all dead, well, with all dead there's usually only one thing you can do.
I just hate when priest players start emoting when they make their big play. Like congratulations you got to turn 9 and Vargoth died. Not to the point that I'll rage about it, it's just so lame. It's hilarious when they spam emotes and the resurrect pulls no taunts and you can burst kill them the next turn.
Overall, HS mtg has become a monthly changing of the guard in terms of which deck is the OP flavor of the month, and the decks that beat it, in turn, become the flavor of the next month, and so on and so forth until eventually, people will know by turn 5 whether their carefully constructed deck will be able to OP or counter their opponents. Therefore, I think the overall game needs to be fixed so that you get credit for a "game played" when you quit by turn 5. Ha. Reading this deck brought to my attention cards that will work best as a pure Rez priest without the Quest or Galakrond. I've gotta go build a new Big Rez Priest. Hope I see you in game. Haha.
I hate all emoters, no matter when they're emoting, or what they are saying. The only thing I hate more than emoters are what seem to be "intentionally slow players" who wait to hit the button during that final little delay on the fuse. Maybe vs. a Rez priest deck, that's the only viable strategy available, huh? Bore me into quitting? Sucks that it helps to have another task to tend to when playing Hearthstone. I like fast games. And the only thing I hate more than emoters and slowpokes is moving. Literally making the move from one home to another. Worse job ever. Well, maybe roofing in Arizona during the summer sucks too... but that's not something I'd ever do anyway. And I haven't moved in 20 years. But am gettin' that itch. The only thing holding me back is the thought of actually moving. Anyway... I hope this aint too salty. or cringe.
I do love the quitters though, see a priest and insta-forfeit. Keep up the good work. Hit it very hard.
I have tried Quest Resurrect Priest and I don't really care for the strategy. I prefer other controls decks from Warrior, Shaman and Warlock over Quest priest any day.
With that said, it's retarded to bash players who play this deck as Team 5 has consistently made Priest utter shit in the past few expansions. Is it the players fault that this is the only good Priest deck which was designed by Team 5? Is it the players fault for the plethora of face hunters that prompted this deck to become prominent to begin with?
You can tech against this deck to disrupt it's strategy however that would requite you to stop net decking Tier 1 & 2 aggro decks to actually counter this deck.
As an effect in general terms, there's nothing wrong with resurrect. However, Blizz ould do a better job of squaring the mana cost with the effect.
If they want it to be as cheap as they usually make it, they should stop limiting the rez pool to friendly minions (as has been suggested above). They can still print a limited number of friendly-only rez effects, but those should be WAY more expensive. Getting three friendlies at a time should be impossible due to the prohibitive mana cost -- something like that should cost around (15) or so.

It's not that powerful of an effect compared to many others. Basically any fully loaded Galakrond (minus priest) has an effect that can be much more powerful. DQ Alex also has almost the same effect and can't be countered by plague, hex, poly, etc.

Three random Dragons can be powerful, but it's not nearly as consistent as Mass Rez, even with transform effects in the meta. (The free Dragons you get can be transformed, and they only have to be dealt with one time.) Consistency is usually better than inconsistent high-roll potential, and Dragonqueen is about to lose a bit of that high-roll.

I stopped commenting here since I didn't really have any extra points to make, but I think it should be noted that I don't know much about the standard environment - but Big Priest is really unfun to play with and against in Wild, in my opinion. Sure, you can argue that wild has a higher power level, but that doesn't stop it from being an annoying deck.
That being said, I don't think this issue is the only one. There's plenty of issues with the game, I just wanted to single one out rather than list everything I find to be an issue. I like the game, but I'm also critical of it.

I don't even think Big Priest is considered a t3 deck anymore in Wild. It gets rolled by heavy tempo or aggro.
Well it's obvious the people complaining about this deck are playing aggro decks that lose to it and don't want to do anything but play their aggro decks. Otherwise there are decks that can counter this with tech, value and control options. Of course the irony in all of this is that the popularity of Quest Resurrect Priest can be attributed to the very same people complaining about it... which is to say they are perpetuating it's very existence when they continue to contribute to the plethora of hyper aggro decks being played.

Didn't know Malygos Druid and Reno Quest Mage were aggro. Also I'm playing wild, so quest res priest isn't a thing. Just res priest.
You see, the problem is not Ressurection cards themselves. The problem lies within the game itself.
First of all cheating things out is something essential to make card games interesting and competitive. Or else you'd have this boring sequence:
"I play a one-drop. You play a one-drop. I play a 2-drop that buffs my 1-drop and kills your 1-drop. You play a 2-drop that finishes off my 1 drop. I play a 3-drop..."
I won't say that you are salty and trust me, I feel we're on the same boat. I main control decks and right now I play almost exclusively wild, where ressurect Priest is over the top of madness. There are cards that you can tech-in to overturn their gameplan, like the Albatross or transformation effects or weasels and what else. But since we only have a 30-card limit, you have to leave outside other cards. What cards will those be? Apparently not the core cards of your deck, but some meta choices to help you keep up with the game. Example. Let's take for instance Reno Mage.
Can you see that by doing so, you have a chance to improve 1-2 matchups, while reducing your winrate against others? In the end it comes up with a choice. I choose to have my Reno Mage better prepared for face decks, since I meet them way too often (honestly after rank 7-6, there are no Big Priests) and when I meet a Big Priest I know firsthand that I am weak against him and I'll try my best utilizing my Polymorph, Kazakus and getting the best of Zephrys the Great.
In the end all of this happens because on ladder, games are linear. You pick a deck, you get rolled against a random dude in a one-off, no second chances, no sideboard for teching. If only we had half the ranks and played Bo3, with 20 seconds inbetween each game to tech in or out cards...
All in all I agree with you that sometimes it's not fun, but don't try to get deep into it, because there are even more unfair things in card games and especially in Hearthstone, that you can't even compare them to "cheating big things".

Blame blizzard for making rez priest the only priest archetype that isn't complete fucking shit. Stop crying to us about it.
The short answer is yes. The only thing keeping priest in line are aggro and combo decks.

Anti-Rez tech: Chicken Farmer
2 mana 3/2. Battlecry: Fill your opponent’s board with Angry Chickens. Destroy them all.

Not anymore *poof*
Yup, now you can just *Poof* them as well. Though Mage already did very well into Priest.
