I’m looking for the deck that destroys these stupid rogues. Thanks in advance! I would assume it’s aggro of some sort because control decks likely don’t stand a chance

I have a positive winrate with highlander dragon warrior but my deck run the spell give both players 6 armor and a 2/3 weapon, Harrison, Spellbreaker and the ultimate tech card Zephyr, all you need is destroy the weapon or silence a minion in the right time, the deck get free wins from face hunter but unfortunately have the hopeless 0% winrate vs any kind of shaman.
Beating that deck is less a matter of playing a deck designed to beat it and more a function of knowing how to play against it. You need to mulligan for a REALLY aggressive start to out-race them or hard-mulligan for transform/silence removals to kill their first buffer on turn 4/5. If you get to the late-game, you also need to keep in mind that their only recovery tools are rush lifesteal minions, so there is sometimes value in holding tempo in hand if you have the potential to direct-damage them down.
Also, you need to realize that this deck just murders certain other decks. I've hit a quadruple Warbringer buff on turn 5 with Necrium blade and Necrium Vial, then played stonetusk boar, hit them in the face for 13 and transformed it into a 16/16 faceless for a total of 32/32 in stats on turn 6. If you are playing Druid, you are simply dead if you can't kill that kind of highroll the next turn, because you don't have options to clear that much pressure.
Put double Spellbreaker in my Warrior deck just for this deck silenced both Anubisath and Apothecary. Still lost because they had 2nd Apothecary which they procced with weapon and Colossus of the Moon from Pharoah Cat.
I think Shaman is probably the best to beat them if you wanted to go the control route. Hex and Earthshock are much better cards in general than Spellbreaker plus they still get insane swing turns even in a control shell.
I'm mostly playing Warrior to get 1000 win portrait and try and beat all the Hunters (I do seem to be facing a lot of them which is nice).
You've had spot on comments already- either heavy aggressive or run some silence like spellbreaker or the owl. But If you want something specific to try I've just posted my pirate warrior build - stomped all over rogue, but you have to be really aggressive and play around not allowing their apothecary's deathrattle to trigger if it goes down early. Found the frothing beserkers to not be dealt with easily as I think they are unexpected in the build and rogue would waste backstabs etc on lesser minions :) : https://www.hearthpwn.com/decks/1324899-pirates-revenge-easy-legend-over-67-win-rate
If Face Hunter and Deathrattle Rogue are the top two threats there's got to be a Control Priest list that owns them both. Quest Priest outheals Face Hunter and can potentially handle Rogue with Mass Dispel, Silence, and Plague of Death. Also potential to steal and kill Apothecary same turn.

face hunter, the ladder is 90% face hunter
Either go aggro or tech in silence.
try to put silence cards in your deck to silence anubisaths and apothecarys
Warrior is too fast for them
I've beaten them with combo Priest with Silence + mass dispell
