Hi! I Play exclusively face hunter on ladder at the Moment. I struggle the most versus most priest lists and also versus Paladin. Versus Galakrond Shaman and Pirate Warrior ist 50-50 i'd say. All other matchups i encountered felt favored for me
Playing face hunter, I likely loose against druid. There are different decks out there but the "draw a card and get 1 armor per card on your hand" twice in combination with strong taunts is usually enough to stop the onslaught. sometimes warriors or shamans get lucky, but unlikely. Never lost to paladin, priest, mage, rogue or warlock.
I play Galakrond Shaman and I had to add Witch's Brew. problem solved. With Electra Stormsurge it's insane. I also have two Lifedrinker. When you play against Face Hunter focus of controlling the board do not hesitate to play Galakrond, the Tempest on turn seven whatever the upgrade is (you usually have the 2 4/4 rush but getting all the upgrades is totally doable) and Get all the taunts!!

Taunt is a minionability which forces the opposing player to direct any melee attacks toward enemy targets with this ability.
Minions with Taunt (commonly referred to as Taunts) serve to protect their allies by forcing the enemy to deal with them first, preventing them from attacking other friendly minions or the controlling hero until the Taunts are removed. However, Taunts have no effect on spells, Hero Powers or other damaging effects. Minions with Taunt are displayed on the battlefield encased in a shield.
One of the most powerful effects in Hearthstone, confusion over how Taunt works is one of the main reasons new players quit the game.[1]
you simply need to heal yourself and have something to contest board. if you wanna specific decks, ive seen on twitch that quest druud wins every time f.e.
I play control mage and can beat them as long as I discover a heal or the right spells or get the right stuff on the board at the right time or find reno jackson or zephrys. I would give you my decklist but it is really expensive in dust so idk if you would or could make use of it. just a bit of luck and a brain. Theyre still scary because you feel such a sense of urgency though

Shamans pretty much need the buffed dragons pack on curve

Pirate Warrior
Heal albatross priest. 100% win.
Quest hunter, it outtenpos him and since they don’t clear you can win on turn 7 with quest
Anything defensive. The deck is terribly slow.
I played Kripp's Handlock against a Face Hunter recently and it did pretty well, just kept throwing big minions/taunts at em and healed a bunch.
Never loose single game to hunters yesterday with good'ol taunt control warrior. But it's pretty boring, no single new card in deck :(
Are you playing one brew or 2x?
Just looking at that hunter deck list almost put me to sleep. How do people play such boring unimaginative decks?
Face Hunter gets destroyed by: Mech Paladin, Highlander Paladin, Control Warrior, Pirate Warrior, Overload Shaman, Quest Resurrect Priest, Quest Druid.

Wait... Does Cancer Shaman is not able to win with this deck? :P

my uncle Bob
I am power, incarnate!
Funki Monki put a Galakrond taunt warrior deck out there yesterday that's been wrecking face hunters.
Literally less fun to play against than shaman.... sadly makes me not want to play at all
