Acidic Swamp Ooze for not only 5/2 Galakrond claws, but also for aggro warriors, rogue and hunter etc. Not the best card against shaman, but probably a decent card in meta.
Remember the deck only has 2 close matchups, quest hunter and holy wrath paladin. They destroy everything else, and weakening your own deck with those tech cards will not be remotely impactful enough.

You can't play a 3/2 in response to a board full of 8/8 minions, though. By the time you've dealt with those, the Shaman has already used both claw attacks.

Mojomaster Zihi puts your opponent at 5 mana on your turn, so they start their turn with 6. You delayed their Galakrond by one turn and when they do play it, you have less mana to deal with it.
Faceless Manipulator is a 5 mana play to copy and 8/8 rush just to kill one of them. That equivalent to playing Flame Lance tempo wise. That’s not a tech against Galakrond, that’s a sad usage of faceless manipulator, because that’s a card typically used for tempo or value, not for tempo parity.
MC tech works, but unfortunately, stealing a 2/1 that they barely spent any mana on is just too little impact. They don’t really play many big minions besides the 8/8 rush and mutate plays, so you’re hoping to get those, but that’s a dice roll. 2/1 rushes are much more common.
I appreciate the message you’re trying to convey that people should work towards beating shaman, not just complain, but unfortunately, the solutions are limited. Quest hunter and holy wrath Paladin seems to be the best answers right now.
I have won 6 matches with Quest hunter against Shaman and lost 2. Both 2 of them were games that they had, Kronx on 6, Galakrond on 7(fully invoked), Shudderwock on 9th turn. The only reason I lost is because Shudderwock both times summoned 8/8 taunt from Kronx(25% ) If they were not lucky they would have helped me otherwise with Unleash the Hounds hitting face for 21.
There's no way to tech vs. Galakrond shaman so Blizz is being forced to do an emergency nerf. I thought about BGH and black knight but that only deals with one of the two 8/8s or 5/6 taunts. There's a reason the meta is over 75% shaman at high rank.
I wasn't trying to dismiss your suggestion. Obviously skyshiv is a good card against shaman, I'm just saying that often, it isn't enough. And I'm saying that because even though I am playing shaman right now. I'm firmly in camp "Nerf it". I don't play a lot of hearthstone, so I never got close to legend, at all. In the secret paladin era I got to rank 5 after playing for a full weekend.
I am now at rank 3 in 3 hours.
I'm not saying this to demonstrate how good I am at the game. Clearly I'm not that good at it. But either this deck just really suits my playstyle or it is actually the most broken deck ever. I'm leaning towards the latter.
Edit: Ugh, I beat three "counters" in a row again. Twice face hunter and one rogue who actually got weapon into necrium apothecary.
Except Undertaker Hunter was the most broken deck ever. Unnerfed Grim Patron would also walk all over it.
Shaman has way more counterplay than expected and I don't even play it. Honestly I struggle a lot more vs Deathrattle Rogue, now that is unfair crap. It is so strong THEY RUN WISP. WISP. W I S P. I hope they sneaky nerf Necrium Apothecary to 5 or even 6 mana along with Shaman stuff.

Remember playing Control Shaman with Reincarnate shenanigans? No? It was fun, here's a refresher!
i think there are some old tech cards from previous expansions that you could put in your deck to tech against shaman
if you re playing a midrange that legendary who put mana at 5 is really really good against shamans
mc tech is also good
maybe in a control deck faceless manipulator can be really good too to copy the 8/8 with rush and don’t need to waste a removal
any more old tech cards that you think we can use against shaman?
Favorite Cards: 1. Lord Jaraxxus | 2. Malygos| 3. Edwin VanCleef | 4. Zephrys the Great| 5. Deathwing

LMAO
Shaman is just incredibly broken. Fuck tech cards, they don't help shit.
play rogue and keep skyshiv + shadowstep/scheme until they try to flood the board with 5/6 taunts or 8/8 elementals.
One game, rogue shadowstepped skyshiv twice when I was playing galakrond shaman. Take one guess who won.
Me of course.
one game? sick stats.
