Was looking forward to DoD so much, but so far its filled with busted decks that need so little skill to play that the game has gone down the toilet, catering for people who are new to the game
Sure, I guess it's fun in casual? How can you have fun in ranked when 80% of the matchups are variations of quest/galakrond shaman? It's a deck consisting of the most broken quest and the most broken galakrond, it's not even like there's any actual tech card that works against battlecry and tech shenanigans. Trying to go up without giving in to this insanity is a nightmare really, worst expansion launch ever from a ranked point of view. And that's a shame because overall the cards are awesome.
It's not a matter of simply teching against it. You have to use a deck that's favored against it.
There's no deck that's favored against every Shaman archetype, but you can do just fine by targeting any one of them.
Also, there are several decks for which the win rate gap isn't terribly severe. Beating Shaman with those is both possible and satisfying.
Note that I'm not saying the nerfs aren't welcome. If nothing else, the psychological effect of a balance change may convince Shaman players to diversify a bit.

I am a Wild player and not a single card from DoD seems truly broken in the format where the overall power level of cards is much higher.
I enjoy the set, no idea what's the problem.
