I was fighting with a Quest Shaman in wild mode. In the 2nd around, that guy played Invocation of Frost. And that card triggered the hero power of Galakrond, the Tempest , summoned a 2/1 rush elemental, but he was not Galakrond yet.
In case you are trolling, alright. In case not: it is supposed to work like that. Every Invoke triggers Galakronds heropower, whether or not you are in Galakrond form already. Otherwise most of the invoke cards would be unplayable because the tempo loss would just be too great.
Invoke effects trigger Galakronds hero power as long as he is in your deck or equipped. They always trigger the hero power this is a basic mechanic of the new expansion not a bug.
That’s how the Invoke mechanic works, friend. Each time you invoke, it “casts” the associated Galakrond hero power, but only if one exists in your deck or hand (or your hero is Galakrond).
