With so many dragons revealed in Descent of Dragons, I becomes aware of Odd Dragon Paladin in wild. This is a deck that did see experimental play several expansions ago, and the result of it was quite good with around 64% win rate, according to HSReplay at that time. The success of that deck has shown that the Dragon variety of Odd Paladin was an available choice with full of potential.
Following the full reveal of the Descent of Dragons, Odd Paladin is going to get 2 new key cards in the new expansion: Righteous Cause and Faceless Corruptor. These 2 cards' power level can even determine the construction of the upcoming Odd Paladin. Meanwhile, the Dragon package pushed as the main theme in this expansion naturally fits into Odd Dragon Paladin: Most paladin's Dragon related cards are Odd cost, and with other great neutral cards like Scalerider, Odd Dragon Paladin could easily transform into a highly refined deck, unlike the old version that even tried to run outdated cards like Blackwing Technician.
Besides, those 2 new key cards also fully synergizes with the Dragon package, especially Nightbane Templar: Do not underestimate this card. Summoning 3 minions for 1 minion for 3 mana is just great in Odd Paladin. Combining with Righteous Cause, Nightbane Templar can easily complete the sidequest and summon 2 2/2 Whelps and a 3/4 body. Even if you play it on curve, it provides small minions for Faceless Corruptor to transform. New cards in this expansion can also perform great in the current or predictable future Wild meta, particularly the meta that's filled with Secret Mage. Amber Watcher provides you massive health with a huge body, and cards like Big Ol' Whelp provides you enough value and resources against Highlander decks.
I've built my version of Odd Dragon Paladin on my own, with almost all new great Dragon related cards added into the deck although some of those cards need reconsidering. Examples like Dragonrider Talritha might be too slow and causes bad tempo, and if that card couldn't work well, I suppose the second Fire Fly will be the replacement. Also, I choose not to add Never Surrender! into the deck, although it's the key anti-AOE card, it might not work consistently with the new sidequest and big Dragons.
Here's my old and new version of Odd Dragon Paladin. I'm here for your opinion about this deck.

Imo standard odd paladin seems better
Baku was sent to to Hall of Fame a long time ago, and standard Odd Paladin ceased at that time. Sad story.
