As for grinding FTP gold, it is possible but not in the quantities required, for anyone with other life interests (like a job or other hobbies). Even if it was, why would anyone waste hundreds of hours? It’s just better to play another, less greedy game.
FTP players who cry about the game being expensive have that very same mentality. Put in a minimum amount of time and effort into the game and then cry that the game is too expensive to keep up. Also, every other F2P player who actually puts a bit more than the minimal amount of effort into grinding gold is a loser who has no hobbies, jobs or other life interests and has wasted hundreds of hours grinding.
If this release schedule continues and pushes out the before mentioned type of F2P players then I welcome it.

I get it, being F2P and lazy to grind is hard and sometimes saving gold is ''impossible'', even though other players show you that it literally isn't. If F2P is too hard for you then just don't do it lol an adventure with 35 new cards is on its way and I realize that you might not have the gold to unlock it but, luckily for you, I will provide you with a solution to your problem :)

Magic is much more greedy and one of the reasons I stoped playing it. You need 4 copies of most cards and don't even get me started on dual lands. Hearthstone you only need 1 type for legendary and 2 for every thing else, that's it. HS is very generous If you save your gold and don't miss a quest and get to rank 5 each season and complete all the brawls you will have enough to make several competitive decks. This requires you to be smart and have some self control. Cleary not eveyone can do this. It doesn't require much time if you're a decent player.
That's... literally the point. Galakrond is so OP that they have to balance it by having average or worse cards in your deck to get to it.
I only buy packs at the beginning, then save for 4 months to get gold for the next expansion... and arena is a good way to get some extra packs.

I'm more of a fan the way they used to do it. Either an expac or an adventure with new cards to gain. Not both at the same time. That's just very greedy.
Really? You expect them to delay content longer than the 6 or so weeks it will already be after the expansion just so free to play players can save their free gold for it? You lot are unbelievable sometimes, maybe try supporting the game that everyone else pays to keep going for you. You are already able to enjoy this and plenty of others games based on others being willing to shell out so you don't have to, don't also expect devs to road map around you to make things even easier and more convenient.
