Is definitely a nice change of pace. I just hope they keep up with development on it. It's already starting to become very predictable, and to be honest, it's beyond easy to get top 4. As much fun as it has been, I fear that it could get stale REALLY quick.

I wanna glide down, over Mulholland I wanna write her, name in the sky I wanna free fall, out into nothin' Gonna leave this, world for awhile
Can't play the game cause the streamers get 80 seconds every turn and I get 25 for some blizzardy reason, playing on mobile so everything is slow it's literally impossible to finish my turns in the late game
Looks fun though, but I probably won't play it ever again.
Maybe I am the luckiest person in the world because I love and always win when it come to drafting in card game. So there is two option you can take here.
Consider me the luckiest man alive or admit that drafting isn't all about luck.
It start out at 25 then go up as you get more gold.
Nope, I'm always getting 25-30sec every turn, battles take too long on my device, animations are very slow, opponents get into the next turn before I do.
When I play standard or wild, a casual Lightning Storm animation can last up to 5 seconds. Battlegrounds just won't work for me if the rope is shared between players and starts when the first battle ends.
If that happen even when you have 10 gold, then it is probably because your phone is slow so it transition to the shop late leaving you with only 25 second

You're correct I know but it's still stupid, every player should have a different rope that starts when they finish a fight and go into the next battle when he and his next opponent have spent the entire rope. Or else it's just a competition about who has the best phone on the market.
Enjoy it while you can because somewhere in the future, Blizzard will add a 150 gold entry fee for Battlegrounds because a lot of players play it and forget about ladder.
Same here. I haven't touched ladder since Battlegrounds came out which is kinda annoying because I know I'm missing out on gold from quests in the month before Dragons releases. But I just can't help it - really enjoying the game so far. Mechs need some kind of toning down or the other tribes need some kind of boost but overall I'm having a blast. And it's wierdly not as tilting as HS can be but that could be because it's quite new and there's a novelty to it. I think Blizzard have another winner on their hands. Looking forward to the full version!
Battlegrounds is almost the same as the Casino. Very addictive too. Between each round, you gamble for "wins" which are good minions. Then you battle, which is gambling as well cuz of the random attacks. All these aspects of the game lead too the addictive part of the brain being overwhelmed andwanting more.
Basically, the drafting round is the same as LOOT BOXES, which some countries are demading be removed from gaems, because of how addicting they are for kids especially.
I bet you people will go to real therapy over this type of addictive gaming experience! I see Twitch Streamers playing for hours longer than normally. I watch some lie on a couch, keyboard on their belly, lazy af F, still playing Battleground over and over!
Mark my words, be careful with this game if you have an addictive personality.

Guys this game is so much fun can't stop playing it.
A casual few times Legend player (really not that good)
Didn't play "regular" hearthstone for days, this is way too much fun !
way to go blizzard !!!
The characters are well balance (most of them).
got first rank with almost all of them,
Wow, incredible. Cheer Hearthstone community, Hearthstone is saved!!! /s
Maybe you should visit a Therapist.
Well it is better than regular game it is totally free to play and less rng dependent also requires more strategy .
I also love it.
The best is, you do not become toxic because the RNGesus wants you sometimes to loose, so you dont bother or stress
I also haven’t played normal hearthstone since I’ve tried battleground. It’s definitely a good addition. When I get bored play ladder, and vice versa.
Hope they update the mode with time as well. New minions, tribes, and maybe even new features and economy updates with time.

Vote for my Card Design Submission! I love this one!
"Less rng dependent"
*you have to draft your deck, your hero, and characters randomly attack

Missing lethal since June 2015.
Good luck keeping having fun , for me it's too slow , long and still boring , but keep enjoying i don't care .
i think this game mode would be much better without hero powers
