Nobody knows but given the fact that the next expansion looks to be the most powerful ever printed the power level of Shaman Quest will be superseded so don't count on it.
Sometimes when a card is played by everyone, it does get nerfed. Leeroy is also in great many decks, but haven't been nerfed or even brought to wild. But I would say yes, it will get nerfed. And hopefully druid quest too.
If low dust is the issue, stick to specific classes you enjoy to play. For example, my dust issues ended when I noticed that I hate Druid and Hunter deck styles with a passion, and never would enjoy playing those decks myself. I then disechanted every card from those that I have. Warrior is next on the chopping block!
And to get even more dust, disenchant useless golden cards, mainly spells (Unless they create more golden minions) or minions nobody plays. Any epics and legendaries are also a good dust source if they also aren't being played. If not sure if something should be DE'd, I'm sure the experts here will help you.

What are you talking about? 40% of Shamans, do NOT even play Quest, with that percentage of non-Quest Shamans climbing as you get to higher ranks/legend.
This isnt busted enough unless some new battlecry comes in and is wayy to good. Nothing right now is pre nerf giggling inventor level of busted to be considered a guaranteed nerf target.
I want to craft it but i have low dust. Will it get nerfed so i can get dust back.??

i think theres a good chance yea
im in the same position might craft
Evolve is going away. Mogu could get nerfed. Quest has ZERO shot of being nerfed. And this is the NOT the time to craft anything.
Since shaman gets a galakrond i think this would be a bad craft but depends on the viability of galakrond with shaman.
Craft it now if you want to enjoy easy wins for the rest of the month, but don't expect to get your dust back.

¯\_(ツ)_/¯
The only thing certain about Blizzard is that you never know what they are going to do next... :P

Craft as much as you can. You will TOTALLY get your dust back.

It's the best quest in standard. Must craft.
