As is often the case when the expansion pre-purchase rolls around, we see that users in the UK can get a little stiffed by the price. Fortunately for us, the money transfer rate is currently quite strong:
1USD is currently around £0.78
So, while the Mega Bundle (for example) is selling at £69.99 in the EU store, if you go to the US store, you can purchase it for a measly (Ahem!) 79.99 USD. With the transfer rate, that comes to just £62.21. And then it's about £1.50 in transfer fees, so it's more like about £64.
So, save yourself £6 and get it from the US store if you can - and then buy more packs with the extra £6... or maybe a Big Mac... or whatever. :-)
Amazon coins are cheaper still (and legal). £82 will get you 10000 coins, 100 coins = £1 for an in-game purchase. £69.99 = 6999 coins =£57.40 worth. I play on my kindle so I dont need to worry about setting things up.
The other 3000 coins can be used for the adventure and 15 additional packs

Make sure that you have Hearthstone installed on your Android device via the Amazon Appstore. (If you have Hearthstone already installed via Google Play, completely uninstall it, then install via the Amazon Appstore.)
Now, when you go to the Hearthstone in-game store, the option to purchase packs using Coins should show up. If your purchase is eligible to earn a bonus coin refund, it will also tell you as as part of the payment process.
That’s it! Now it’s time to enjoy a well-deserved game of wizard poker!
The key part being that it requires you to own an Android device. Lots of players play on PC or iPhone so this method is useless to them, unfortunately.
And for those not wanting to have to install random other unknown softwares, (or don't have that option), etc? Installing an Emulator and installing both an Android system, as well as downloading and installing Hearthstone from scratch, using bandwidth and data to save barely a £1 or two seems.... like spending £100 on a fishing rod to get that £5 out from down the drain! XD I'll stick to the cheaper method above myself. :-)
You can always take a plane to Argentina, do some tourism and get cheaper packs! Got lucky here and came back for my gf birthday just before the expansion launch xD

In Russia it is even cheaper. But Blizzard can ban for doing this. As I know at least Steam bans for speculating with money.

Blizzard can ban for doing this? Wtf? Where in their terms does it say that? Why don't they just block other regions shops then?
I've never heard of anyone being banned for buying a product from Blizzard...
Use Amazon coins:
1. You get the US price.
2. When coins are bought you get a 15-20% discount depending on the amount.
3. When coins are spent there are flash deals, with 5-25% coin back. I could snatch one with 25% in every pre-order in the last year.
+After you bought coins you get some free coins every day for a while. It's 2-3 coins min, but tipically 20-30 for a while.
Overall I've been buying pre purchases for around $30 instead of 50€, which is about half price.
What's your method for using Amazon Coins without an Android Device?
Asking for a friend...

It's your call if you're willing to go the extra mile and save 40%, or go the easy way and save 10%.
Over and out.
