I have. Alot of them. You can tell when they are new Legends, cuz they pick a card to play, and hover over the board for a few seconds each turn, to make sure you notice the Legendary card back they have.
Then they go and overextend time and time again, into board clears, or obvious counter plays coming.....like earthquake for control shaman, or Brawl for Warrior etc.......
I take issue with a game that allows poor players to achieve this accolade.
And so many of them too.......quit flexing your broken decks, and play something that actually gives you a challenge. Oh look, I won a game I was supposed to win. Wow. LOL
And to Blizzard, please fix our game. I am tired of losing on turn 4 or 5 because my opponent drew 2 cards......spending 4 mana to Evolve into 28 mana worth of minions is NOT OKAY.
They nerfed lpg for this same reason, why not nerf hares? At least for the time evolve is still in the game. Actually, “buff” hares, make them 2 mana. That way we can stop getting evolves into Shou or Vargoth.

b/c evolve is gone in a month. LPG was still going to be around for multiple months.
In every HS Meta that has ever existed, there have been some decks that are "Tier 1", i.e., better than all the rest. Shaman is kind of broken now, because of Evolve-Bunnies, but even it it was nerfed/removed, there would be some other deck (Quest Druid w/Kun, Res Priest w/N'Zoth, or OTK Mage w/Flamewaker) to take its place. Bringing back the Wild cards was designed to "shake up the Meta", but it was always clear that something was going to be very broken. This is what the game designers wanted to happen.
OP have you noticed that players get to high Legend with all kinds of different decks? There are dozens of decks which are Legend viable.
Stop fretting over what everyone else is playing. Work on you own game.

What? Is that a joke? Why the hell are you so sure about that? Are you telling us you did such a thing the following month after hitting legend for the first time? Jesus Christ, dude, it's just a game, relax... -.-

Let's pause for a moment and reflect on the reasons why parishbishop might feel so in tune with the thoughts and motivations of the bad players of the world, and so qualified to speak for them.

I think arena has this problem a lot more so than the meta at any point in time. When I'm at 7+ wins and someone is play terribly I get scared because I know they've broken cards. I do agree with the general consensus that this meta is total dogshit though.
I don't think any player since the launch of hearthstone has ever hovered a card with the intent to brag about his card back. That's just ridiculous, they were just thinking and hesitating about their next move dude.
Also, playing into a board clear can be intentionnal or the best play. You having the board clear doesn't mean you outsmarted him.
This is purely a rant thread that is not going to encourage any kind of civil discussion, as we can already see from the replies so far. While many others may also sympathise with the OPs feelings in regards to Evolve Shaman and it's current popularity, we have the salt thread for this sort of post.

How is this considered interactive, fun, and or competitive?
I know many have said the same thing, well Im saying it too. Its getting tiresome.
I love this game, but not this meta. Good thing there are other games to play.
Back to Arena mode for this guy........

No. All my Legend opponents seem to be right at my level, making all the mistakes that I do. Oh wait...
; )

They said they are not going to nerf Evolve at Blizzcon to Firebat.
