I'm not interested in paying anywhere from 60-160 dollars CDN for a gameplay experience I can have for free (the meta is so bad right now if I had spent money to play it I would have seriously considered saying fuck this game altogether). Also from the looks of the spoilers they could go full on Kobolds/Knights and up the power level just to fuck everything up once again. We've seen this more than 3 times now, I can use that money to stock up my fridge and just play what I can.
Also Blizzard and their bullshit apology of sorry not sorry cements that they don't deserve my money. Let the whales keep them in business, they will no matter what the circumstances are.

If you thought you knew what you think I know, then you'd know I knew you knew I know.
Unless Blizzard does something outstanding to show some solidarity with free speech of players over profit in their biggest market, I'm probably not going to pay in to this expansion.
It's clear that they're going all in to get their pre-order money, because the value of these bundles are extremely good: the standard pre-order is 10 more than usual and 10 less than the best value ever (Witchwood's $50 for 70 packs), and the $80 bundle adds a skin for a class that has wanted another skin for a very long time alongside 100 packs instead of 80.
Blizzard is challenging every player who has spoken out in support of protesting/boycotting Blizzard to put their money with their mouth is, and with value like this, they're trying to make it as hard as possible.

Rage quitting: the best way to ensure your opponent knows they beat a giant baby.
It would be so nice, if this game wouldn't be free to play...
If it wasn't free to play you would have a pathetically small community playing the game right now. Many people who have payed thousands have left this expansion altogether, without F2P that would be highlighted to such an extent Hearthstone would be a laughing stock of the industry, milking their small cabal of loyal whales for a game they can't bother to balance.

As a relatively new player I am short on gold and dust. I am considering preordering due to the cost per pack. I do not mind occasionally putting some money into a game I spend a lot of time playing.
My main concern with DoD is the future. My experience playing other similar card games is that down the road only a few cards from each set remain playable. The DoD set seems to be highly dependent on playing a significant number of DoD cards for a lot of the key ones to be effective. This tie to set dependency may result in DoD cards being a fad.

Thoughts?
Go for it man, you won’t regret it. One pre-order can set you up for the next expansions if you decide to save gold in between
Thanks for the reply Zpbridge. I was more looking for thoughts on whether the set dependency of the evoke mechanic will make key DoD cards less useable on average after the next couple of expansions arrive. Will the apparent set dependency reduce the card usability life span?
If I am looking for long term investment in card usage, might it be better to wait for another expansion? Or am I overestimating the set dependecy I see with DoD?
Imagine pre ordering as a wild player. Until I see some changes to snip snap lock or burn mage like cloud prince, I ain’t spending another penny!
Lol. Good luck with that. Blizzard has to care about wild first, and for Blizzard, wild is about as low on the totem pole as priorities can get.
That said my personal experience in wild hasn't been as bad as yours it seems as I haven't been running into as many of those decks. But with those two decks I don't think Snip Snap or Prince is a problem. I'd prioritize nerfing other cards first.

What ranks are you currently playing at? I was basing mine off rank5 to legend. I'm also curious on what cards you would nerf instead of snip snap and secret mage cards?

I just pre-purchased the 100-bundle, when can I use the Deathwing skin?
Probably next week with the next update.
