The games in a good spot, we currently have a dual class arena and wild cards in standard even which is pretty fun. The last couple solo adventures have been well received as well. In terms of wild, many of the mainstays like Odd Pally, Even Shaman, Big Priest, Cubelock, etc are still strong, but the Reno decks got a big boost from Zephyrs the Great. Druid also has the Linecracker earthen scale combo decks too.

yeah, if you can get over supporting a company that gives zero forks about human rights and freedom of speech, sure, knock yourself out. it'll definitely be easier getting to legend with the drop in competition ;)

While big companies bowing to China bothers me, I know that these decisions obviously aren’t made by the game devs, they are made by the president, CEO, board members etc. So I see no reason to punish many hard working people over the actions of a few greedy people.

I second this. I enjoy Blizzard games, but that doesn't mean I agree with ANY of the bullshit they've pulled as a company as of late. However, I can still play their games. Call it hypocrisy if you will, but our world is predicated on hypocrisy.

The wild meta has changed a lot since the last expansion was released.
Both Odd paladin and Big Priest are almost gone. You'll now see A LOT of Secret/Aluneth mages, SN1P-SN4P/Mecha'Thun warlock and Mech Paladin, mainly in higher ranks. Mech hunter is still there and many classes have their Highlander/Reno decks well represented.
when China start throwing around its economic weight, and demanding that companies ascribe to their policies or else, then we in america will have less and less options, since companies care only/more about the chinese market. which will eventually lead to China effectively being able to limit our speech.
nevermind the fact that China is actively engaged in human rights abuses in Xinjiang, Hong Kong, Tibet. But who gives af about that right? Maybe when they decide to come for you, then you'll care.

thats the problem with our world.
Yeah, and we are not the ones who should take care of it, neither you have any right or power here to tell us what to do or not. We are not heroes, just random people behind a keyboard who enjoy playing video games like Hearthstone. So please, stop with this nonsense, thank you...

Figured I'd try the game again. Still want to play Wild, what's the state of the game right now? I don't have anything else to say.

Check out my fun and innovative decks here:
Beat your opponent to a pulp with Revenant Warrior or outlast them with Demon Reno Warlock.
