I didnt get a chance to write a reply to all the crybabies who found that I was the deplorable one for roping ppl who abuse brainless decks and highroll on top of it. Easy response: you think you are within YOUR rights netdecking broken decks? Fine. I'm in my rights to take every alotted second of MY turn. I personally don't enjoy playing op robotic scumbag decks, but I do enjoy punishing ppl who do. Guess we both get our ways in the end.
I actually rarely do this though, maybe just once a week to one unlucky victim. Today it happened to someone abusing the new Quest Evolve variant. He high rolled the totem and was able to stave off attempts to take it out. It was indeed rope time.
20 or so turns past that first initial rope I was pulling myself out of range of his battlecry bursts mostly with holy fires generated by Zeppy and controlling the board. When he was down to 5 cards I finally unleashed my Tess who cleared his board with Twisting Nether then slammed his face with Avenging Wraith and Holy Fires.
This shaman quietly spent over 45 minutes enduring roping after roping and snarky "Happy Hallow Ends" before I answered his every board only to get comebacked on hard.
If you missed my closed thread on roping easy-win decks you should give it a look.

I roped him every turn while getting enough fuel from my awesome Zephyr-Rogue deck (https://www.hearthpwn.com/forums/hearthstone-general/general-discussion/237566-zephyr-rogues-unite-tips-quandaries), which is a deck that actually takes skill to navigate. A funny thing happened where I actually started to get ahead.
