Hi everyone, wanted to see if a thread for my favorite deck would take off. It's pretty much all I play thanks to its always unique gameplay and is even more relevent since N'zoth decided to show up (Adding Mass Dispel to your Tess spell pool is often game-winning). Let's share our experience playing this wondrous underdog archetype and see if we can improve our winrates a % or two : D
3. Adding powerhouse cards from other classes via Zephyris
4. Tess Tess Tess Tess Tess
The deck boasts the strongest endgame of any control deck when managed correctly since 8 mana: devastate opponents board and summon a giant army repeatedly is difficult to upstage. The deck suffers versus aggro EXCEPT when you can generate answers. It is certainly memey but also a really fun challenge that is really rewarding when you can pull out a win. I boast pretty much a 50% winrate with it.
The Zephyris default card to obtain is Tirion. Stacking enough of him will lead to a ridiculous board. Sprinking in Flamestrike Swipe and Consecration is welcome too. Versus Kahtut abusers you will definitely need Mass Dispel too
Card draw is critical as well. You need to get the engine running as soon as possible so even a cycle card like Rocket Boots is preferable over a Fireball; unless dire, never cast spells like that or Devour Soul, Mutate, or Brawl that will jeopardize your Tess. Feel free to cast them after she is safely in deck. Even if you Twisting Nether you can use them as board clears while beating opponent down with Ashbringers.
Bounce cards should usually be saved for Zep unless facing aggro. You really want to secure a strong late game.
Blizzard will always be offered when your opponent has leathal showing. It can be the best spell to add to your Tesspool.
I have to say, while fun its a deck that's an rng fiesta.
I'm 100% winrate facing it on ladder with both Control Warrior and Infinite Druid between r10-r5. Even when it curves perfectly it just doesn't have enough power to win late game.
I'm going to go out on a limb and suggest the new big deathrattle priest on ladder probably walks all over this deck since it can create board after board after board after board, especially if it runs the Emporer/Sceance/Nzoth combo.
That said Rogue is one of my fav classes to play and GL with your deck!
It is by far the more fun deck to play, all games are diferent because the random cards you get, the problem is the very often matches vs shaman stomping you all the time.
If there is any chance Sylvanas will die during your Tess do not cast your T.Scheme on her while animation is resolving. If she is stolen it will cast your card and give you no copies!
I've considered this as an alternative to Sandbinder but that would mean Lab Recruiter is out and I'd have only Scheme to guarantee the win condition (LR is acceptable played on Zephrys if deck is small since you only need to draw two or big minions like Tirion if you need more board). Also Doomsayer is a lifesaver, Questing Adv. Is deck's best turn 2, and Youthful Brew who is substitue Shadowstep #2.
Lately I've been taking the deck into Wild to enjoy Reno and Vanish and it is quite a lot of fun. Pretty viable at rank 13.

My game plan revolves around
1. Protecting face at all costs
2. Getting quest finished asap
3. Adding powerhouse cards from other classes via Zephyris
4. Tess Tess Tess Tess Tess

All questions and suggestions are welcomed!
Add me LiveWire#11853 if you want to try your own Z-Rogue against me... Good luck!

I actually tend to eat NZoth priest for breakfast. You missed the part about Mass Dispel : D
Um mine doesn’t even have half those cards why so many bounces.

Quest Shaman is definitely a problem for this deck, Murloc too for that matter. Combo priest is usually a loss too but not as certain.
BUG FOUND:
If there is any chance Sylvanas will die during your Tess do not cast your T.Scheme on her while animation is resolving. If she is stolen it will cast your card and give you no copies!
Learned that the hard way today...
what about adding Witchwood Piper and removing all 1, 2 cost minions except zephyrs?
