It always goes like this for them: heal, heal heal... heal, heal, heal! Heal some more, and next turn do some more healing, while also killing everything you have with forbidden words, plague of death, infiltrator (with reborn ofc) etc.
I've tried many types of decks, and the only one I can consistently win against them with is control warrior, and that's because I don't even try to kill them.
Its very strong. I expect something like quest shaman with plague of murlocs probably has the best shot. Otherwise you just have to kill them before they get up and running with all the res BS. I found it useful to choose when to do damage in the early game - you dont want to give them easy opportunities to heal towards quest.
Now standard players are feeling how wild felt before. Whole 2 years of Big Priest bullshit. You are lucky this will only last 2 months.
Back to your question, it was answered above, by you and the others: play any sort of OTK deck (Malygos, Holy Wrath), use transformation effects (polymorph, hex, plague of murlocs). Or just stick to your control warrior...
Consider whether you should be putting points of damage into the Priest in the early game. Will the damage stick? Is it relevant? You generally want to forgo pushing small increments of damage early on when the Priest is limited to heal/pass so you can deny easy quest progress. Once you're able to push 6 (possibly even more) damage in a turn you can start to think about attacking. If your deck is passive you can certainly wait even longer. When the Priest starts playing out their minions, you ideally want to clear them while leaving as few damaged minions on the board as possible so as to delay the quest further (if that is still a priority at this point).

Quest Shaman with the addition of Emperor Thaurissan has worked pretty well for me against priest. Since the damage output is ramped up so much thanks to 0-cost Lackeys, you can easily pull off a 25-30 damage burst.
I play n'zoth-control-shaman with hex, zentimo and plague of murlocs as well as elysiana to beat quest priest (and other zoth-decks).They usually concede when they start fatiguing, sitting at 30 health with an unfinished quest and no minions left. Hope you like long games though.
N'Zoth Rogue with a Tog Scheme and 2 shadowsteps , beats this deck easily.
Infinite Kun Druid, with final hand (Elise, Zephrys , Heal-choose one card, Kun, Baleful Banker), easily beats this deck, faced 3 in a row and to be honest I felt I was torturing priest far more than he was torturing me)
Crazy turns (at around 7-8 mana with Tempo Flamewaker mage) beat this deck.
Evolve shaman, if they have no mass hysteria in hand, or evolve is played turn 3 or 4(with coin)
Unless you are control warrior?

Malygos
play quest priest aswell :)
Playing this deck. Running like God at the moment.
Surprised many aren't playing this list

Any Malygos deck, they can't have armor.
I am farming priest with Muzzy's evolve shaman so far I'm 6-0
Also Malygos Druids, have a great matchup, just sit back and OTK them with moon fires.
I think Shaman has the best tools with Hex and plague of murlocs. It really messes up their rez pool.
Freeze mage from pre uldum wrecks Quest priest, thanks for the free wins.
