I know I'm not alone in wondering if this event will ever see light again. I wanted to know if there is any indication that it will ever appear again given the recent news. It seems such a waste not to have it at least as a 3 week event every year with new cards added to the pool. It really mystifies me when games do this (League of Legends is the other biggest example) by releasing an event that was well-regarded and had a lot of effort put into it... Then rarely allow it to be played again, if ever.
It strikes me as a cruel tease and naive of them since people would gladly put down money to have regular access to it. Instead the game trundles along stubbornly in its routine fashion. I know I would pay to keep a game I love fresh. Any thoughts on this?
My post has many points to go off on, not just ToT. What amazes me is people like you that obviously have little practical to add to a conversation so instead decide to deuce on new threads instead of just hitting the back button and finding one you like more.
You all know I'm right. But are too lazy and proud to make noise that might lead to more shaking of the meta. Enjoy your crusty games sheep
Well, first off, if you want to make noise that will get noticed, the official forums are a better place for that.
Even when posting here, the Arena section would be more appropriate than General Discussion.
I actually didn't even remember what Taverns of Time was until I looked it up. When it happened the first time, I played once with the free ticket and that was it.
When the Arena sets rotate next week, I'm considering trying Arena again. Honestly, the set rotations do more to pique my interest than those weird Arena-only cards ever did.

Why even post this, if nothing was stated officially? To hear "probably, yes" or "probably, no"?
It amazes me how people are willing to waste their time asking meaningless questions over and over again

Only thing crusty is underwear
It’s going on right now... and it’s not. Might never have happened before, maybe in the future, or the past.
Temporal string theory gets weird.

Why ? Arena wins do count now.
