I can't even beat the first god damn boss and I've tried 3 times! turn 4 Opponent has down 5 minions how the hell am I supposed to beat that with a damn mage that has no AOE
I don't want to be mean, but I didnt even know such a thing was even possible, especially for someone who has some experience with the game (I'm assuming this because looks like you joined Hearthpwn in 2015). Do you mind linking a replay to see what went wrong? I'd be happy to help.
Try to mulligan for low cost stuff, remember that tempo=good, try to trade smart (if you have to trade at all) and make a good use of your resources.
Edit: I was assuming you meant the very first boss. If you were refering to the 300 hp one then I can understand.
Oooooooooooooor.... Try luck. First pick Reno. Then gain a new Hero Power: "Arcane Craftiness" form taven event. And then hope for "Darklight Torch" Treasure. boom boom BOOM... then here comes The Plague Lord of Murlocs. now you get lucky: Unstable Evolution + Sorcerer's Apprentice = first try Win.
Streamers will be streaming it and putting it on YouTube. Watch them for tips.
Try to pick one who talks through their turns and explains their decisions. Trump is usually good about that.
Definitely agree with this. Trump is good at explaining concepts like tempo and value. Kibler is also good because he takes the time to talk through multiple lines of decision making and explains why he chooses a certain play over another possible play. Streamers like Zalae, Purple, etc. also "think out loud" when they're playing
It did seem super hard and unfair at first, I agree. I got to the boss right with my first try but then lost pretty quickly and with my second and maybe 3rd try I didn't even get to the final boss again but once you play a little and unlock most of the stuff, it becomes pretty easy and after I got over the hump, I've only ever just got to and beaten the plague lords with my 1st try, even with relatively bad decks.
Just keep on trying mate, it just seems hard at the beginning. This doesn't even compare to pre-patch Rastakhan Rumble where if you lost control turn 1 or 2, there was literally no way to come back
You will get NO rng help. I’ve beaten it all so far but this mode CHEATS far more than previous. Example would be during the 7th fight on the murloc wing I did not get a single random murloc draw for the first 8 turns. I got 3 in a row on turn 9 but was dead on board,
RNG will not be on your side so you need to 0,ay smart and aggressive. Controlling the body and is not winning, know when to go face is key.

Did you even consider the lack of murlocs was due to bad draws? I've gotten murlocs on t1 and t2 plenty of times - also in the later stages.
I've beaten both wings on heroic 1st try with Reno.
It was quite intense and I had shitty RNG on treasures. I was able to steal Rin, the First Disciple with Sylvanas Windrunner deathrattle and that won me the game vs Plaguelord (since I nullified his deck refill when p3 started). Oh, and I managed to mill his C'Thun with Research Project
I'm still working on it. I love the game play and interactions...I just HATE losing your deck altogether when you lose, especially when you have an excellent deck actually built for the run but only lose due to a bad draw.
It's the one main feature I've hated about all these "modern" adventure modes/dungeon runs. Love the concepts and gameplay, but give us the options to keep our built decks OR start from scratch.

Okay it was seems very mean how it says not suposed to

Beat it first try all 300hps the boss never had a chance the taunt+1hp take really helped

HARD?! Kindergarden stuff dude...
That’s exactly what I said.....bad draws = bad rng....
What can you do against 25 C'Thuns??? Nothing, so my opponent just conceded on the first run.
The goal of all life is death.

the real question is: Why is this new SOU so god damn BORING?
Finished Both normal and Heroic 1 & 2
Second Heroic one was,
1. Anomaly start with 10 cards
2. and then got enemy minions cost 1 more
3. And any time I played Odd card - reduce the cost of all other cards by 1 !!! OP
4. Another card to copy one of my minions and add 2 to your hand thay cost 0
5. Spell - Deathrattle when your minions die summon a random Legendary minion.
Was way too EZ and OP like I never played before - Just crazy fun ... Turn 8 bye bye
Normal and Heroic so far was a breeze first try
Cheers

It is all about good picks and strategy to the last boss.
All picks should be always thinking about the last boss - thats what I did and it was EZ
