Such King Krush and Shadow Madness have not popped up for me even though I tried to set up many conditions so that it might be in the discover pool. Anyone knows when they can be in the wish list?
It didn t offer me frost nova even though i set it up. I think he didn t offer it in a recent GM game as well... I have no idea why though... I see gorehowl and bertayal more often than I would like to see. I guess that s the way it will be.
About Shadow Madness, I think its presence is worst than Shadowflame in case there are only 2 minions with 3/3 stats on enemy board. With board more than 2 minions, Shadowflame can be the better choice.
I had one game where Zephyrs missed lethal. All I needed was a Fireball or equivalent and I had 8 mana (cast with 10), and he offered Tirion, Flamestrike, and Twisting Nether (my opponent had a large board), none of which could even stabilize me, much less deliver lethal.

This sounds like it's your fault somehow. You didn't manipulate your mana correctly or put your opponent to the proper life total before using zeph.
Yes there are definitely some blinds spots in his ability. For example he does not see reduced mana, thusly will never offer evicsorate when you have 1 mana even when it's lethal...
However, he has on many occasions offered me tempo options that lead to wins the majority of time especially players early game. I find played late game, looking at druid, he's a last ditch effort that maybe clears board and just gives tempo back.
Considering how many players complain he's op and a nerd target his imperfections kinda make it seem otherwise. Personally it's pretty frustrating when he doesn't offer you anything that you want/need but meh, that RNG.

Well, I had one minion in play, I remember attacking with it to get my opponent's life total lower, thinking that would increase my chances of lethal being offered. After attacking, my opponent was at 11 life and was going to take 5 damage in fatigue on the next draw. I played Zephrys on 10 mana, and with 8 was offered the choices I listed. I can only conclude that Zephyrs didn't see the fatigue as part of the board state for some reason, even though it was open information and a guaranteed lethal.
edit: Leeroy Jenkins would also have been a lethal. Probably a few other cards as well.
The other card I've noticed that doesn't seem to get offered is Faceless Manipulator. I've tried a few times to play Zephyrs when I had one really good minion on a board with 5+ mana and my opponent had no threats, but it never seems to get offered.

zephyr doesnt know what fatigue the enemy is going to take. just the current life total.
The way one of the devs described how zeph offers cards is by "taking a snap shot of the current play field, than seeing what it would look like after whatever its offered is played." No way it knows the fatigue.
