I actually used it from around rank 10 or so to Legend and probably had around a 90% winrate, but only recorded the Rank 3 to Legend numbers. Worked like a charm until Secret Mage flooded the meta....
Back then in 2017, reached Legend using Tempo Reno Priest when my experience with Priest was nearly neglect-able with only 80 wins. After 60 matches, I got to Legend for the 1st time ever. Since then, I regularly aim for Legend and want to reach it with every class. Now I only need to finish it with Mage.
Been playing for 4 years, haven't reached legend once. I have come close a couple of times, rank 2 five stars being the highest rank I've ever reached. But sadly it wasn't to be. The other push I made was with Pirate Warrior (I'm not ashamed to admit it!). Hit rank 2 again but I never got a good streak going.
I generally don't spend enough time playing the game to realistically hit legend. Maybe I'll give it another go when I have time to sink into the game but I'm happiest floating between ranks 10 - 5...
I actually got Legend the first month of playing Hearthstone lol, with Pirate Warrior. People tell it's quite impressive, but the secret here is that I came from playing Magic the Gathering competitively for over 10 years, so I was immediately "good" at HS :) Magic is a very similar game but much more technical in a way, since you always have to take into account instant interaction, counterspells, removal and other stuff. TBH I like Hearthstone more now since you never get mana screwed/flooded.
Also, Pirate Warrior was incredibly busted before the Fiery War Axe nerf, and games went so quickly that I could rank up really, really fast. Very fun.
The other deck that I fondly remember as the most broken deck in Hearthstone History has to be pre-nerf Shadowreaper "Machinegun" Anduin, with which I got the fastest Legend since I started playing by far... holy sh!t that deck was good. It was just a matter of getting Raza before turn 8 and Anduin on T8, and you almost always won next turn regardless of board state, health or anything. People complain about Dr. Boom (and rightly so), but that mofo was on another level :)
I got my first and only legend (I only cared for the card back, lulz) during the 1st ladder season with Handlock. Back then the competition was between just Handlock and Control Warrior. Simpler times...
Machine Gun Priest with unnerfed Raza. That deck was actually insane. Never intended to go for legend after that, but last season I accidentally made it again with Highlander Hunter.
Tempo Rogue in 2017, 7-0’d from Rank 2
This was my first Legend:

Missing lethal since June 2015.
I can`t remember if it was Undertaker hunter or midrange hunter a very long time ago.
Murloc paladin during jade stone, a month after frozen throne was released. Deck wasnt that popular, but had a good matchup against druid :)
Pirate tempo rogue during Rasthakan. Captain hooktusk was and still is a very strong card imo
quest druid

Tempo rogue pre-nerf ROS
Lol yeah Machinegun priest was insane and probably the deck I enjoyed playing the most.
This deck was so bonkers I got my first top 100 going x-1 from 1200 with it while drunk.
26th of December 2016 - Miracle Rogue, the real one with Questing Adventurer :-D
Got the screenshot with decklist framed as a present from my wife, lol.

Zoolock about 4 years ago.
Aggro murloc pally befote warleader nurf
Good old days. I liked playing aggro druid too at that time, the Finja variant ! Innervate x2 into Finja against an another aggro deck was so dumb xD

Even pally last april with call to arms. That deck was super op and a hell of fun.
Naxxramas Freeze Mage.
old meta was tough with unnerfed undertaker
