I would avoid using any cheat programs like this. If you do not mind losing your account because of this, do use it then.

Nearly every streamer uses it openly, and have you ever seen them get banned? If Blizzard started banning non-streamers for it, there would be hell to pay.
Blizzard's position is that if the program is doing something that you could do with pen and paper, it's not cheating.

Blizzard clearly stated a couple of years ago, that any software doing stuff that could also be achieved with a pen and a piece of paper was totally fine. Therefore, Hearthstone Deck Tracker and Innkeeper are both fair game, as long as you don't mind putting up with the bugs that are still in them (e.g. not showing cpies that were shuffled into your deck through Spirit of the Dead).
The title says it all: What kind of decktracker does the streamers use? Like Firebat for instance

Go to hsreplay.com. That is the decktracker everyone uses. :) And it's perfectly fine to do so.
