why we cant dust c'thun&marin the fox and sn1p-sn4p?

they gave away archmage vargoth too and its dustable kinda confused 

They give a random legendary card as login reward every expansion since KoFT which is dustable, like legendary Weapon from KnC, legendary spell from BDP, Quest from SoU etc. For RoS they decided to give Vargoth to everyone instead of a random card, so it  dustable. 

Snip Snap and Marin are promotional cards so they aren't dustable.

He should be dustable by today's standard, since he was the login reward for WoTG, but Blizzard didn't use to give login legendary back then, so he is not dustable. I don't think they will go back and change it.

Vargoth can be obtained from packs. None of those other cards can.

If a card cannot be obtained by opening packs, it is uncraftable and undustable.
