It feels like they are always managing to avoid nerfing hunter, but always nerfing other classes, despite hunter having been top tier for an extremely long time.
The only time I can remember a proper nerf was to their spellstone.
They don't nerf hunter because usually it is the most played class. It was the most played class for the last 2 years and now it's still on top classes. Probably they want to avoid mass crying.

You clearly have Hunter PTSD. Best to seek some medical advice.
Possibly because Hunter was pillaged by buffs to both class cards and neutrals during the first two years of the game.
More likely, because there are no hunter cards that warrant a nerf at the moment, but it could be the above as well.
We good?

Enjoying Americans winning in the Olympics is forbidden because it is political. A 14 plus page discussion of state-sponsored lawsuits against a multi-national corporation based on harassment, discrimination, and wrongful death allegations is apparently not political enough to raise an issue.
I've seen a fair amount of people asking why hunter never gets nerfed. But out of the current cards used in the main hunter decks I can't really pick any which are in need of a nerf. I think hunter is has loads of 'strong' cards but not really any 'OP' cards
My bet would be because hunter isn't broken at the moment. I hated to play against some of the more cancerous forms of hunter back in the days, but now when I match against a hunter it doesn't fill me up with a bad feeling or hate towards the class. Actually no class gets on my nerves at the moment so for me the game is at a very good stage.
The worst metas for me are the ones dominated by cancerous aggro decks (Pirate warrior, Undertaker hunter, shamanstone (more midrange, but still) and secret paladin) or by cancerous combo/infinite decks (Jade idol druid, quest mage and mechathun).
i think the reason is as other people have already said, hunter doesnt have any really busted cards that need a nerf right now. they have a lot of strong cards that when put into a deck together become very strong but i cant think of a hunter card that makes me scream nerf nerf nerf.
Hunter is in play right now because he has good matchup vs Combo Priest, Control Warrior and all Mages. When nerfs comes out I think Hunter will be less popular. And I agree with others, there's nothing too OP in Hunter.
Name the problematic Hunter cards in your opinion, offer and discuss adjustments that make sense, and compare information with the other users on this site. If you want things done, then offer solutions, if you want people talking, then create meaningful discussion. Otherwise, keep jamming a Hunter counter and don't waste a thread.

Hunter doesn't need nerf. It's not broken like Warrior who has constant removals, or Mage who mana cheats. Flood the boards with some big minions and they don't have answer, watch out for Zephrys in Highlander deck though.
The main point against a Zul'jin nerf, which has been debated already is that "Zul'jin needs set-up for it to be OP" -> Well, hunter decks not running Zul'jin, run the same set of spells usually as those running him. On their own, the hunter spells are good enough. Zul'jin essentially magnifies that with his effect. I would argue that Zul'jin acts as both a tempo swing, removal tool, and a way to set up lethal for the next turn.

They nerfed Call of the Wild too...

Unleash the Hounds Eaglehorn Bow Starving Buzzard Flare Hunter's Mark(twice) Call of the Wild Lesser Emerald Spellstone and a bunch of neutral minions that was problematic in Hunter...
This nerf is nothing, as they did not touch other broken cards warrior has. The nerf is pathetic at best.

I tell you what, OP, you do the following for me:

Love is pain but I'll endure that pain if that's what it takes. 🖤
Zul'jin is annoying to play against. Better than shudderwock, considering the hunter spells used are much stronger than battlecry effects of cards in general. I did make a thread about it on the hearthstone forums, here: https://us.forums.blizzard.com/en/hearthstone/t/zuljin-anyone-got-suggestions-on-how-to-counter-his-play/12578/4 and close to the majority of players there agree that it's broken. It offers way too big of a swing as one card.
